SISU put CCFC into administration - not receivership!! (1 Viewer)

Receivership is pretty much folding altogether - we will be managed as a going concern by an administrator, presumably appointed by a court in the form of this Paul McCarthy??

Does this mean the points deduction happens now??

Points deduction is now and that is good news if losing points can ever be good.
Not sure why people are nt screaming at ACL about the winding up order today,
mind you that might be just a rumour. Very clever move by Sisu as they get their
own administrator now. Poor old ACL lol

Don't blame ACL at all - SISU tried to spike their guns with self-inflicted admin (successfully, it seems) - ACL's winding up order was an attempt to block this which appears to have failed

So a bunch of jumped up MPs & their cronies got out-done in the financial world by a company who specialises in finance & probably has high calibre legal advice!!!

Hardly surprising to be honest.

I hope ACL get 10% of what they're owed, greedy fuckers.

I can,t understand ACL being so greedy. In fact they have already had 800k for the last 12 months!
Thats already twice what they had tried to deal for (400k)!
I don't think they should get another penny!

:pimp:
