SISU should only leave when there is a viable alternative. Everyone seems to conveniently overlook this slightly important part.

Until a firm offer is made we have no choice so let's get behind them. Our constant and directed apathy is hardly likely to encourage investment from them or from alternates, so why not all give our cause and them our full support at least until we have a choice? I think these kind of posts have run their course now and we need to get back to footballing matters for the time being.

My post from the other sisu thread below (I'm too lazy to type it twice :) ) :

Rob If you are not interested in this type of post, as they have "run their course". Then please don't post on them. Let people discuss what they wish on their forums. You have no right to tell me and others what we can discuss. If I could I would dislike your post.

You have to give people the option. Otherwise you could be rated as narrow minded as Rob, trying to tell people what they do and dont want. Rob voted for them to stay. Typical.

Wow now who's feeling precious guys? My intention wasn't to turn this into a slanging match, but I am equally entitled to my opinion that it's pointless. However, nowhere have I said that either of you should or shouldn't post it but like all the other 300 anti SISU posts we've had (and I don't particularly like what they have to say either) there is not one person who hjas come up with an alternative option. It's all very well wanting to sell, but if nobody wants to buy then we can't!

Hoff and RR have said they would like to find investment. Great. I'm glad they would and hope they do, but at the moment that's no better than Joe Dinsah and until they or anyone else actually get in a position to table a firm offer, then it does absolutely no good to the club whatsoever. In addition it may deter other investors if they think the fans always vent their anger at the board if the club is not performing well and make them think twice about if they wish to invest at all.

How dare you call me narrow minded? Based on what exactly? That is beyond belief for stating an opinion. If anything the fact after all this that I am able to still support them shows the complete opposite to be true.

We don't have any assets to strip! Admin would be terrible too because if it relegated us we would have less investment and find our place as a mid-table L1 club. No guarantees to come up - look at Sheff Wed and many other bigger clubs who haven't found it easy to get out of that league. Better supported clubs too. It took Leeds about three years

Rob our only assets are our players.

The Results so far are interesting 50/50 Sell and stay.

YOU HAVE BEEN DRAGGED INTO THIS THREAD THAT HAD "RUN ITS COURSE".

I've voted 'stay', considering they're the only reason we're still above water. As Rob says, until an actual viable alternative presents itself there is no other option (I don't believe Gary Hoffman riding to the rescue is an option until there's something concrete behind it).

Well I kind of have, but it feels like Groundhog Day on here because there are none so blind as those who will not see

half of this tread is made up of your own comments rob
no offence rob but give someone else a chance to comment
you have had your fair share

Just on your comments about a viable option to sell Rob. SISU have clearly stated that the club is not for sale. Maybe just maybe if they changed their minds on this a buyer could be found. If a buyer was in place, would you still have voted no. Lets say this buyer can afford the Ricoh and sign out of contract players.

Oh the irony of being told that I shouldn't comment on what people can and can't post (despite that I didn't) and then being told to stop posting. You couldn't make it up! :D

Fwiw I was responding to comments that I felt valid and the only ones not on subject are this one (your fault that I'm needed again :) ) and the one I took exception at being called narrow minded. I hope this is ok for you.

Relax, people will vote what they want.

The same as they have on the other 10 or 15 threads about the same thing!

I think that's business speak Rich. They know its for sale, we all do but if they look desperate it will only serve to drive the price down.

how do you know the club is for sale ???
when they have said the club is not for sale 3 times ive heard off last week
twice from leanard brody a director there now im not sure about him
what do you think rob seems youve have a opinion on most things on here
i never called you narrow minded sorry if you think that

You didn't, Rich did (its on page 2)

You see if you keep asking me questions I have to reply and then you'll say its all me. ANyhow I'll answer if I may:

Leonard Brody sounds like a complete tool. He is a front man as are some of the others imo. I don't like and I don't trust SISU. If there was an alternative tehy woudl get my vote for sure, but sadly there isn't.

To be fair, Rob is entitled to his opinion the same as everybody else...

I am not sure why it seems to be getting so heated, chillax.....

Rob Would Administration not be better than stripping the club of its assets and then putting us into administration?

HEARSAY!! i am with Rob, no aternative as yet......so lets concentrate on the FOOTBALL

Ha ha....they came to nothing aswell (except mylenne Klass of course :claping hands:)

I do not like or trust SISU, but there isn't any other choice at present is there. If you all believe we are being sold, surely showing a united front is better than a club full of venom that is all we are showing at present.

I personally feel, that as business men they will try and build the club up into a sellable asset. they aint gonna get much at present are they!
