I've listened to the interview on CWR this evening from the Otium muppet and the obvious question to ask is WHY did SHITSU buy our club when it was obvious there was no money to be made based on the business model when they took over?!?

because they were obviously happy with what they were buying and knew full well what it was, but trying to blame the previous owners is a convenient distraction. It's worse than the conservatives who continue to blame labour.

They wanted the Ricoh arena and land-real estate... they had a business plan that involved the acquisition of, which accommodated the rent at £1.2m per year as an acceptable cost .... their plans failed so they then went into combat mode... withdrew the rent to try to squeeze ACL out of business-Hostile takeover. ACL were saved by the council effectively taking on their mortgage.. this enraged SISU.. and now we are where we are.
SISU do not have the best interests of the football club at heart.. never have never will...until they are gone... (please god let that be soon).. we will remain either in or on the cusp of disaster.

Check the dates:

SISU were desperate to get money invested by 14 December 2007. The next day, the Money Laundering Regulations 2007 came into effect and the source of this investment would have been subject to tighter scrutiny.

Coincidence?

Well joe Elliot was referring to the ticking clock. By implication an extraordinary accusation. Do you have any evidence?
