Sums up Sisu nicely.

Interesting, due diligence is what is done by the prospective purchasers of a business that they have agreed, in principal, to buy.
This would imply that the parties have agreed the deal, and SiSu are now looking at the accounts for ACL.
Thirty days also puts us beyond the may 31st deadline for filing accounts within the FL rules. Not sure where that leaves us, although I guess that they would claim mitigating circumstances and apply for an extension before any additional punishment.
That would leave us less time for putting a squad together, the extent of which will depend on players lost before hand.
I suppose that a reduction in rent, coupled with increased revenue streams, will also give the club greater scope to purchase better players. Whether they take advantage of that or not, remains to be seen.
Huntsman industrial materials, the wife of the man at the top is the one who's bailed us out this season .Although he does say something in the last paragraph suggesting he wants to sell to sisu.
I wonder if they have just had enough. He say the current lot are the best yet so he can do the deal and be done with it.
Who is funding the purchase of half the stadium. Where has this money been when it came to keeping juke last season for 4 months?

It does'nt mean they will generate any income from taking the stake, but on paper the clubs turnover should look healthierexactly how i read it, i'm not a fan of SISU by any means, but extra revenue should mean a positive recruitment of playing staff which can only be a good thing.
First signing of the season...
THE RICOH

You bet your arse if they do sell to Sisu then it won't be for the good of CCFC. There's lots of other big money ventures they can get their teeth into for the good of themselves.at the Ricoh, it won't mean investment in players and a strong squad that's for damn sure !
They have loosely threatened to liquidate so that they get their own way with the Ricoh. No wonder they make any dialogues with Hoffman impossible as it scuppers their game plan. Cunning eh !
I would almost rather the club went down the pan than be at the mercy of those bastards.
mutton has already said the council will not allow the stadium to be used as collateral to borrow against. if you want a real conspiracy theory though how about "SISU got us relegated on purpose to drive the cost of buying the stadium down"
I am glad you raised that as i was told and i believe who told me that a group of local business men offered to completely fund a couple of loans around early March time, this was turned down by our owners and just after low and behold we have a transfer embargo on us"SISU got us relegated on purpose to drive the cost of buying the stadium down"
