What issues do people have with ACL and SISU? Genuine question

I don't want arguments just points

• SISU not filing the account on time for a number of years resulting in transfer embargoes thus tying the hands of our managers.
• SISU threatening liquidation of the club, that started this whole sorry process.
• SISU not listening to the fans.
• SISU not paying rents due then having the audacity to take CCC to court for providing ACL with a preferred loan that stopped the complex falling cheaply into SISU hands.

• ACL Instigating ADMIN
• ACL maybe sitting on the existing rent agreement and watching CCFC struggle to come to grips with upcoming fair play rules.

Neither side has come out of this mess in anyway clean but i'm curious what people actually blame each side for.
