Would be my guess from this…

Those of you, like myself who are avid Football Manager players will know this already, but Simms is eligible to represent Poland internationally

Could be off to the World Cup in the summer - there is a sentence I never thought I would type

Will he qualify for a name change like Ben Brereton did, adding the Diaz?

Seen the thread and came to say, that having spent a fair bit of time in Poland, doing a bit of work out there, and having worked with plenty of Polish here in the UK, that Poland is still a pretty fucking racist country. And that if it is a Simms call up, could it really be in his best interests to do it?

But it seems I was beaten to it and people have seen with their own eyes just how racist the Polish are and can be!

Christ, fucking wrong uns. Should need ID to post and they should be the people that police are hunting down. Cunts.

Has it even been confirmed he's got a call up?

I think the guy in the original post is just a Polish guy who wants Simms to be selected.

Social media abuse: Twitter says UK 'by far' main origin of comments after Euro 2020 final

The UK was "by far" the main origin of the "abhorrent racist abuse" on Twitter after England lost the Euro 2020 final, says the social media platform.
www.bbc.co.uk

Lets not pretend England is any better.

Obviously those people are Poland's problem too. But brainless racists exist everywhere (as a cursory look at the news will tell you); on Twitter they are indulged.

Two places on earth that cry blue murder if they are the victim, but hopelessly racist when dealing it out, Poland and scouseland.

Olisadebe was the first person of African birth or heritage to represent Poland internationally, in 2000. He scored 11 times in 25 games for Poland over 4 years.

He also received a barrage of abuse, but I don’t think the minority views
of a few imbeciles will deter Simms from making the decision. And it is certainly a minority.

Must be conflicting for him to have to represent twats like that, but at the same time would want to play on the World stage.

He’s was a very good striker.

For Simms he gets to play at the World Cup potentially and a Euro after that. Short playing career so that’s what will be the thinking .

Hopefully there's people in his camp who have made him aware of what could potentially happen so he will be able to make a fully informed decision.

That's assuming he's actually going to get called up, at the moment its just some random fan pushing for it isn't it?

I dunno, if every English forward in the Prem and Harry Kane get injured…Karlan Grant would get the call up.

Depends where it goes ahead for Poland,if he'd be prepared to be part of the Nazi jamboree?

Poland is a fantastic country, it has it's problems as all countries do, but let's not write off a whole country because of a few cunts on Twitter. If someone came on here and selected a few posts, They could make us look like a right bunch of deranged simpletons.

He wouldn't be the first black person to represent Poland either. The poles took to Olisadebe well.

Poland is the only country I've been to where they have monthly anti-LGBT protests.

Not an anti-gay marriage protest or an anti gay-adoption protest (both not legal) but an anti-LGBT people existing protest.

The country was lovely but a good percentage of the population - mostly the elderly, country folk and religious - are stuck in the dark ages.
