I think there are more players in the league than perhaps some think that could step up, but I also would avoid signing too many direct from the Championship as I think you need to mix it up, not to mention you don't really get value for money signing from within England. That said to answer your question...So thinking about us building for next season in the premiership fingers crossed.
is there any players in the parachute teams this season ie Leicester, Southampton, Ipswich, Shef Utd who would be worth us looking at or are we better avoiding ?

Leicester:
Fatawu (the best player on the list)
James (doesn't belong to them anyway)
Ipswich:
Philogene
Southampton:
Scienza
Sheffield United:
Brooks
Might be missing someone but off the top of my head thats all id consider from the mentioned clubs. I think Ipswich probably come up with us anyway now, although I hope not.
Looks quality and the cherry on the cake would be the Blunt headloss.I like Brooks, he's definitely one I'd look at
Wondered how long into the thread this took...
About the only one I would be interested in. Only 22 and still with a lot to learn but who better than Lampard to shape him into a better player. Strong, fast and skillful. Perfect player to put on after about 70 minutes for the experience and slowly bring him into the side. Won't be cheap though.I like Brooks, he's definitely one I'd look at
Esteve from Burnley maybeThe 3 relegated teams will have a few decent players who won't wanna play in the Championship
And Bueno. Possibly one of the Gomezs'.Mane from wolves
Good player. Summerville from West Ham another oneZian flemming
Nunez from the Hammers if they drop.Good player. Summerville from West Ham another one
Dream on...Mane from wolves
I would have Femi Azeez instead of FatawuPersonally there’s only 3 players i’d want from championship teams
Hackney
Hughes
Fatawu
We wouldn’t get Hackney.
We won't have the cash to pay for players that would be better off going out on loan elsewhere. Once we're getting parachute payments then getting promoted again we could start looking at players for the future. But 1st season up every signing must be with a view of playing a big part in the struggle to stay up.I think we'd have to pay too much for what is essentially a prospect but having Monga come back from Leicester would be quite fun.
He was brilliant when he was at West Brom. One of the few defenders at this level that had Gyokeres in his pocket!I thought Kipre for Ipswich was really good at the CBS, left sided CB on loan from Reims
The midfield two of Andre and Gomes would never come to usAnd Bueno. Possibly one of the Gomezs'.
Why not? Tbf dreaming of better playersDream on...
In seriousness it’s ranked the 6th best league in the world these days. Higher than Dutch and Portuguese top divisions, for example. So it would be weird if there weren't a few.

OK fair, id agree there aren't many. Of the ones I named only Fatawu and Philogene would have been there probably and I'm slightly on the fence about Philogene. Brooks would have been a kid at Blunts, Scienza wasn't at Southampton... so yeh I guess I kind of agree. We aren’t talking about general Championship players though but specifically players who have played PL football and not been picked up on relegation. It’s a different subset.
