JCH and Chaplin really don't work together very well. I miss Biamou and McNulty

Bayliss quiet, would like to see Allassani on soon

Shocking, should be 3 down at least.
They've won every header in our box.

We need to change something going forward if we want to start scoring. I expect Shipley and Thomson will come on to really guarantee we get the 0-0.

Yep, we need somebody to start running at them and being direct. Their defenders haven't broken into a sweat.

Just easy heading practise.

I usually like to give a manager the benefit of the doubt on the basis that they know far more about football than me but I can't understand why we persist with just JCH up front. Its like he's setting us up to not concede and take a point or score on the break but we do concede and we can't score.

It doesn't suit JCH, doesn't suit Chaplin and just means we're under constant pressure. We've got some decent defenders but you can't expect them to hold up to wave after wave of attacks every week.

Well the only positive is we havent conceded.... havent remotely looked like scoring Bayliss is giving the ball away every time he has the ball and hes not on his own....even managing to make Haynes look like a footballer

He desperately needs a figure head playing up with him. JCH is just not at this level. Chaplin has run his socks off and has recieved not a single ball through to him. You just can't blame him for not scoring. JCH should have sent his header back across goal where Chaplin was waiting but guess what he puts it out for a goal kick like he was a Shrewsbury defender.

JCH will be on purely to defend corners. Thats how bad it is that thats why the striker is playing.

I'd go all out

Hiwula for JCH
Allisanni for Ogogo and put Bayliss in the middle

Get the ball on the deck and run at them.

Bayliss and Chaplin have done NOTHING.

Easy to blame JCH but he gets zero service, especially when the fullbacks are scared to cross the halfway line.

Thats because he doesnt win anything or hold it up. He plays like he is holding onto a lead, even when we are losing.

The whole front 4 with Bayliss and Thomas have been awful.

As long as we are happy to defend the edge of our area we are going to struggle to play coherent football and will invite pressure on to ourselves.
Our fullbacks and Kelly have been our best players today and that probably says a lot about how that half played out. Anthony Grant running the midfield and Ogogo or Kelly need to step out and close him down earlier. Feel sorry for Chaplin, needs to be up front for a team playing football, not a team who are constantly clearing their lines and alongside JCH, who I can't help thinking is a really stupid footballer.

Ogogo is chasing shadows and Thomas has been for once less prominent as we are not maintaining any possession. We need to step up a gear, reorganize a bit and put a man on Grant's heels.

Pretty much sums it up.

It's like the drill on FIFA where you have to try and keep it in their half as long as possible.

Think he is unsackable at the minute, can get away with it.

Wish we’d signed Anthony Grant in the summer rather than Ogogo. Always impressed me and really imposes himself on games. Granted I’m not watching today’s game, but from the comments above he’s playing well.

Will be interesting to see if it's us coming out a different team in the 2nd half for a change.

Classic Robins. First 45 mins is all about staying in the game and soaking up the pressure to try and counter. Happens every single game.

We put a cross in, JCH in there and 3 defenders and Bayliss outside.

I wanted Grant as soon as Posh put him on the transfer list. Very physical but calm on the ball which we desperately need in midfield.

Ref gives us a throw that was nowhere near our throw. Maybe he feels sorry for us.

Mixup in their defence, Thomas shoots but an easy save for their keeper with his leg. Didnt even need to move.

Was a bit of a tight angle.
