Should have kept Baker at least (1 Viewer)

I for one think he worse his heart on his sleeve and would help us a bit out of this hole. Why did SP treat him so poor when he loved us would love him back now, better than this. For this one very bad decision I think SP should fuck off

Because he was being a twit on twitter and facebook??

There were people ahead of him I would rather have kept.

Glen do you mean 'wears his heart', as the years go by you don't get any better.

Please try and get a grip and enter the world of common sense and reality, please.

Oh now come on Glen, there are some on here who would lead you to believe that Baker's wages were crippling us, not the move to Sixfields or the cost of continuing with stupid court cases or just generally bad decisions. For all those who slagged off Baker, he gave us goals from midfield and fuck me do we need that now.

Yawn, yawn, yawn. Maybe you should look at the bigger picture and take a reality check?

On the other hand you maybe well past that?

Have a great evening.

Don't you get it, It wasn't Pressley's decision to get rid of Baker, Waggot pulls the strings when it comes to transfers, you can also blame him for the crocked shite we've signed this season.

Where's the 365 day revenue going to come from in a small stadium in the countryside?

Bet they didn't even offer him a lower paid contract, he excepted one to sit on the bench at MK.

We're staring a relegation battle in the face and a big reason for that is our midfield can only pass sideways and backwards. We're crying out for a midfielder who can create something while moving the ball in the right direction and we're desperately short on goals. All of which Baker gave us and we let him go for the sake of his wages. If we end up going down that could cost us considerably more than his wages.

It is you who needs a reality check.

Let's not forget that baker (and moussa) have been a prominent part of an awful 2014, which saw us hit and maintain relegation form in the last 20+ games last season

I'm not convinced we've saved much money by letting him go, we would have needed to come an agreement over paying out his remaining contract.

RFC makes me laugh, he seems genuinely pleased we are in this fucking mess.

i know this ,I know that, when in fact he knows fuck all,and his excuses for all that SISU do are borderline insanity.

the club is on its knees, but we must " look at the bigger picture", what the fuck does this lunatic mean..

you can tell from his writing he has absolutely no passion for this club, he won't mind one bit when we are playing Dagenham and Redbridge and Accie Stanley next season with Pressley still playing this ludicrous system that no fucker in Skyblue is good enough primarily ,or understand how to play within it

We haven't, but that doesn't mean everything would have been hunky dory had they stayed.

It does mean that the team has gone backwards in midfield though. Things might not have been hunky dory if either or both were still here but are you seriously telling me that they wouldn't be better?

Difficult to tell. That was moussa's best season by some distance and baker has been injured for all bar 3 appearances this season. Moussa has started just 1 league game for Charlton, there were some on here who thought he'd walk straight into a Top 6 championship side last season. Neither offer much defensively, and I don't think baker would have fitted tithes system.

Oh for christ sake Stupot, If it wasn't for Moussa and Baker and their goals we would have been relegated. If you put this seasons midfield in last seasons team we would have been relegated. Or are you going to make out that you know better, like for instance that Delfounseo (if that's how you spell it) was a very good signing?

Yes, nothing to do with Wilson and Clarke. Nothing to do with our form plummeting when Clark left. Didn't moussa get just 2 goals in 15-16 goals after Clarke left? If you put this midfield with Clarke and Wilson, it doesn't get relegated.

I thought Delfouneso would be a decent signing, that was what my villa ST holding cousin told me. I was wrong. Although he is now playing in a higher league than us.

The players that have come in for the likes of Moussa, Wilson, Murphy, Clarke never mind Baker are not of the same standard. And if we struggled with 4 players scoring 70 between them and a GK saving more than a few pens we could be in trouble...

As for delp and players like Hines, Nouble they came from higher clubs and dont really have a passion for this club just using a way of getting fit to force a move from the parent club...

No matter how bad the defense is, a good goalkeeper would mitigate the liability by saving more goals and marshalling the defence. I think our number one need is a decent goal-keeper. Very short-sighted move in letting Murphy go. Burge, who SP said was our new number one, cannot even get a league start.

Apparently, you need to look at the bigger picture. Don't you know ;)

Callum Wilson scores for Bournemouth, David McGoldrick for Ipswich and Cody McDonald for Gillingham.
