They turned down £400,000 a good deal and we the supporters are left watching the match in a pub instead of at the RICOH while you idiots still support SISU. The only way to get the sky blues back at the RICOH is for a total BOYCOTT of SISU and that means any verbal support or negative comments against people opposed to SISU

10,000 all paying just £5 for ONE match = £50,000

for 20 matches that would be £1 million

we SIMPLY cant be better off in Northampton, whatever the rent is

Their history is selling all the good players and as the team we beat today were the only club to bid i expect it was not a lot of money and any one who thinks we will not sell in january when the offers come in are mad.

SISU cost us 20 points by not paying their rent or taking the £400,000 reduced rent.

Sadly this is a distinct possibility! All those experts and people in the know ALL agree that CCFC will not survive in the long term either unless the owners or the club own it's own stadium and have access to all revenue streams FACT!

Since neither the Council or ACL will allow this to happen then the owners had no choice than to move the club (short-term, 3 to 5 years!) away from the Ricoh.

I support NONE of the warring factions just my team & the manager, just back from yet another hugely entertaining 98 minutes with a couple of the new shirts, many congratulations to Steven Pressley & his 'united' squad! Just a great pity that so many supporters can't see the woods from the trees and get behind our very exciting side! PUSB! Leon & Jordan were both great.

Can I ask was today symptomatic of that fantastic atmosphere you've been telling us about at Sixfields?

At 3-0 up it was hard to hear the commentators with the constant rendition of twist and shout......

There is intransigence on all sides, namely SISU, the council and ACL.
Fact, SISU will not return us to the Ricoh unless they are allowed to purchase it.
Fact, the council and ACL will not sell to SISU under any circumstances.
Fact, NOPM will result in SISU not financing our football club for much longer.
Most likely outcome before the end of this season our football club is likely to fold. and sadly I say this with a very heavy heart.

And when it folds their will be buyers as the debt will be gone as well as SISU( what a wonderfull dream)

I will be at wolves giving my vocal support to the team and it is nice to know SISU have only made 5% less credit card charges on the tickets.

You should keep the shirts in good condition as they could be worth a lot of money as the last shirts.

If you'd accepted the £150k offer, stayed at the Ricoh, not incurred a 10 point deduction, we'd be top six by now.

The way this side are playing, that would have attracted minimum 15,000 for home games.

Instead you've got no income and will be forced to sell Wilson, Clarke etc in January, creating an even bleaker future.

You've screwed it up for everyone including yourselves.

Well done.

That's not true though is it? By forcing administration last year they did. By denying a fair offer via the CVA from the admin they forced they did it again. They did this blindly believing they could pick new owners for the club. Sisu are crooks but ACL have really screwed us over.

Be that as it may, they would still be in Northampton. So Sisu have still screwed it up for everyone bar NTFC, including themselves.

True. And at the time Appleton was supposedly running the club. All offers should have gone through him. Just like when Timothy got told about the reduced rent offer. And the rent free whilst in admin......like we are still in. He had to go back to Joy.

And just about everyone that understands what is going on knows this is more fiction than fact. The majority of football clubs don't own their grounds. They have the lease though. SISU don't want the lease. They want the freehold. They can't run up much debt against a lease. But with the freehold.........

So it is all about the pie money like was said by Timothy? It would help, but not as much as some say. If they want it so bad why don't they hold meetings with the people that matter? Why not take the rent free period? Why not talk about a much reduced rent? Why make the fans and our club suffer so much when it is losing them so much money?

Sources? What experts saying we must own our ground? I mean finance experts, not "football experts" who are no better qualified than you or me to say what a viable business strategy is.

Stop this bullshit myth. The rent wasn't killing us, the wage bill and debt were and Sisu are responsible for both. Even with no rent Sisu have run up £53m of debt in 6 years of owning the club and have nothing but a relegation and 4 senior players to show for it.

The club needs access to more income, granted, perhaps they shouldn't have cut off the only viable route to getting it by stopping paying the rent? Perhaps they should actually market their product instead of letting it die in Nothampton? Perhaps the could rent some space a a fair deal and start these bank busting "revenue streams" Joy has lined up.

ALL of this ALL OF THIS about the club needing the Ricoh is bollocks. We need to control our costs and increase our outgoings, just owning a stadium won't do either and Sisu have shown no ability to maximise the club's income.

What owning the stadium WILL do is make the club more valuable in a sale scenario, after which we're back to square one with a shit ton of debt.

The club need to do what the club have repeatedly refused to do: fund a competitive team on the pitch and engage and enthuse fans off it. Not whine about property deals.

In terms of overall financial impact compared to Northampton it wasn't only free they were being paid to do it.

Besides, we all know it wasn't a serious offer it was designed to prove the financial idiocy of moving out of the Ricoh: it's soooo profitable to be there that Hoffman can take a cut and STILL the club make money compared to Northampton.

So why get pedantic over terms when you know the point Hoffman was making was very valid?
