I know It's not till Tuesday but I just want to see who we might/should play and see all your opinions and see what you all Have to say,

I think Malaga and Edge should play they both win everything in the air, look calm and composed on the ball and always look to play it out from the back , starting attacks. Kilbane to play left back and drop hussy with clarke right back and Murphy in goal.

Jennings to start in place of daniels, older , more experienced , can pass a ball much better, has a mouth and uses it well, play baker on the left and Barton on the right, I know sheff didnt have a good game but play him behind front two which should be Cody and Elliot

Thorn might think Malaga and Edge are not ready for competitive English football just yet. He said this after the Port Vale game: "We gave them a few chances because at times we dropped too deep. Reece Brown looked every inch the player we know he can be but Kevin Malaga and William Edjenguele come from a different football culture so it's a learning curve for them."

If there is the possibility of a team without McSheffrey, I'd go for it. He cannot be rewarded for that performance with a starting place.

Anyone know if we are still looking to bring in a new striker any rumours of who it could be?

I think that it was a mistake making him captain as now he has to play every game can't play him left side of diamond either needs to be in defensive

Kilbane did okay in parts, but positionally looked out, and doesn't have the pace or the legs for a full 90 in my opinion. Also despite a better 2nd half, I'd swap brown for malaga.

Hmm yeah true ,I know they need time to adapt to the English game but what better to do it then at home against a side everyone knows them two will bully the centre forwards,

Murphy
Clarke-Brown-Wood-Kilbane
Jennings
Barton Fleck
Baker

Cody--------Elliott

Maybe switch Baker and Fleck around, but I believe to get the best out of Baker he needs to be played behind the strikers!

It was the right choice to make KK captain, he won't play every game, no, but obviously AT has a vice captain to fill in (hopefully Wood or Thomas).

I think KK should be 2nd choice DM, but should start LCM when he can (until Thomas is match fit) as he played well yesterday in that role.

Besides, if AT is to be believed, KK is amongst the fittest (in terms if fitness) in the squad.

Firstly, KK could potentially be a liabilty against teams with winger with pace as he showed against Acc Stanley.

Secondly, Baker dosen't deserve to start and placing him 'in the hole' ahead of Fleck and wouldn't get the best out of him, besides, when Baker has played 'in the hole' last season, he was sh!t.

I agree we should give Elliott a chance up front, hopefully it will encourage the players to keep the ball on the deck.

Hopefully Brown gets better over the course of season, a bit like Norwood, he got better as the season went on. If he doesn't improve, Malaga should start.
