No idea who's available etc but I'd go with:

Best players in best positions. Except Tavares over Godden because fuck it why not.

Whatever the result at the end of the match Mark Robins must ask Heckingbottom if our players in the close season can enrol on their masterful course on streetwise football and shithousery run by Professor Sharp. We could learn an awful lot from it.
We are not interested in their style of football even though they have stayed true to it and it has served them well. However route 1 aerial tennis with a football and taekwondo without it is not what Coventry fans are used to seeing even in our darkest of days. We are particularly interested in their specialist module entitled how to get results when outclassed. Following our that will teach them sequence of results against Preston, Swansea and Luton, teams we owed a good old fashioned hammering we should also register on Sheffield Utd's payback course featuring their demolition of former boss Chis Wilder's high flying Middlesbrough team.

Sheffield Utd in my opinion are masters of playing referees. They seem to have this aura whereby their clogging is regarded as hard man football and part of the game by referees and when the opposition try to match fire with fire it is foul play and they suffer a sending off or a penalty. There was a time when B Sharp ( pen) on the score sheet against us on our annual visits to Bramall Lane was as traditional as Halloween.

If you combined their footballing know how and ability to get results; they are as tenacious and resilient as hell, with our invention and style of football you would have a wonderful combination destined for the Premier League and staying there without the need to worry about the play offs.

Irrespective of our predicament we raise our game against Sheffield Utd. We always have done. I fancy everything coming together for us and a win 1-0. No footballing basis for this just a feeling

Back to the box. Hyam for Rose. Sheaf for Waghorn, O'Hare for Godden. Allen much better playing more advanced. Got some strength on the bench too with Tavarres, Godden, Dabo & Waghorn if need be.

I'm amazed at how people think 'shithousery' is somehow the key to any success.

Worked on Tuesday. Of course it requires you to take the lead, which is a bit of a stumbling block for us.

I'd suggest the opposition team not putting away their chances and making a basic defensive error played a far more decisive role

Assuming all these are fit, and who knows these days:

Moore
Hyam Fadz JCS
Dabo Hamer Sheaf Maatsen
O’Hare
Györkeres Godden

S: Wilson, Kane, Rose, Allen, Waghorn, Jones, Tavares

One of the last four on for Godden when he tires.

Ultimately yeah, but we’d have had more chances if there wasn’t so much shithousing.

I seen a great stat in When Saturday Comes magazine the other day. Billy Sharp has scored in every match day minute, 1 to 90 except the 5th minute.

Playing a team at the wrong time again with their form, our dip in form and our injuries. Said it before, the refs need to get a grip on the thuggery, blatant timewasting and haranguing of refs about anything by the usual suspects. We certainly hold the moral high ground in that respect, but it doesn't seem to do us much good. We could beat Sheff Utd on Saturday but need some luck and better concentration at the back.

Loss thanks to clinical Sheffield United goals and Coventry missing easier chances.

Was so exciting going up the Ricoh at the start of the season with decent crowds, guaranteed good atmosphere and top 6 hopes. Feels like that has all gone. Not even remotely excited for Saturday.

Crowd of 20,340. 4270 from Sheffield.

Throw in the "Covid 19" card..we must be one a few who never used it..our rearranged games have hardly done us any favours!

I actually like the fact that we don’t practice ’shithousery’. We didn’t like the way Preston ‘played’ against us, but then moan because we don’t do it ourselves. Obviously it’s a professional game and ‘managing’ the game is part of it, but I want to see my team playing the game in the right way.

That's what made me proud of how we won league one. No histrionics, diving, fouling, time wasting or surrounding the ref. Success through simply being by far and away the best football team in the league and shear superiority. It's how we should try to continue to play and eventually hope to replicate in the championship.

I watched their recent game against Blackburn Rovers and they were dreadful. They were however resilient and tenacious and I respect them for this.

This is what I was discussing this week about what pisses me right off with the game. Teams that try to attempt to play football with skill, ball on the ground, technical skill and attractive football don’t get those rewards in the championship.

I’ve seen the millwalls, Preston’s and Luton’s etc etc come to city and simply have little or no technical skill and rely on a plan of hoof ball and dinosaur football that suits the player they have recruited.

Simply bang average journey men footballers that have been around the lower leagues and know the dark arts of football that simply is rewarded by weak referees and the inability of the right way to play the game not being rewarded.

I’m actually sick to my back teeth of these teams being rewarded by grabbing their only chance and resulting to persistent fouling by taking turns on hacking down our players and no protection by fat overweight referees that are weak to the core along with time wasting by teams and again poor referees allowing this to happen. That’s not what we look forward to in a Saturday?

Try telling the next generation of the sky blue fan base why we lost to teams that didn’t want to play football how it should be played. What a great advert for kids?

We will most likely see this again with sheff Utd but I hope I’m wrong.

I could go on but some of the teams I’ve seen this season are a disgrace to the beautiful game.

Sadly the good guys don’t win.

Strong core muscles.

It's what our players lack. Can see it in their stance and balance.

1-0 us Hamer to score

Just hope we finally score in the first 20 minutes when we will undoubtedly be battering them as we have done in shit load of games recently

The scramble for a playoff spot is not over quite yet provided we win the next two. Should make for a good game. Think we will edge it tbf in a return to some form provided he picks the team everyone here seems to be asking for. Can't all be wrong can we?

I'm sure Leeds fans in the 60s/70s hated they won a couple of titles, constantly in the top 4 and played in the European Cup final

I don't like shithousing but it's part of the game in the Championship unfortunately. If refs' aren't clamping down and we have lost points because we don't do it ourselves (say 5 points) then I don't have a problem doing it if it's to our advantage
