Chaos. Fairly ridiculous to identify Rudoni as the issue when both full backs and wide players have been woeful. Only Rudoni and Wright doing anything other than blocking shots that they have after we’ve given the ball to them.

With one exception, Rudoni has literally given the ball away every time he's taken it forward. He's a great player, but he's miles off it again tonight.

I think he's done some great little bits but isn't getting much support from Grimes and Rudoni.

Our blocking has been great. Wonder how Boro beat these. They've been really up for this. Just have to soak up the pressure and get one of our counter attacks to work. Wright should've done better when Rudoni crossed it for him.

They were competitive against Boro till about 60.

Successful dribbles is the telling stay of the half. Think it said SU had 8/13 and we have had 1/8. That's very very poor and putting us under pressure. Improve there, we break through their lines and suddenly look a lot better.

That's probably because every time we dribble with it, we run into one of their players.

I’d stick Wright on Tanganga all second half, he looks well off it and I wouldn’t be at all surprised if he got himself sent off if placed under some pressure on the break.

I’d leave EMC on but bring KKH on for JDS and I’d bring Torp on for Sakamoto and move Rudoni out wide.

Going exactly as I expected it would. Cagey as fuck, 2nd best, but still 0-0.

Other than EMC and JDS getting turned inside out on the left, feels like a good battling performance in defence.

Their right hand side are looking very good. Causing all sorts of problems.

I’m happy enough with the first half. We’re continuing our lessons after the slump and sitting back a little more.

Go in at half time 0-0 and hopefully our quality will see us through when players like Hamer get pulled around minute 60
