Win and i'll be delaighted, very happy with a draw and if we lose i'll be ok as I think we'll win and Boro lose over the weekends games

Tonight isn't a must win but for the reason you've outlined I do think it could turn out to be a pretty pivotal week for us this season.

If we win tonight and a win on Saturday the pressure on Middlesbrough to get 3 points on Monday would be massive.

If we win tonight and Saturday, I'll be 95% convinced we're going up.

match the levels of the last 2 games and we win this, wouldn’t be surprised if it’s by a couple.
Agree about the Boro game, but we'll have to be better than we were against West Brom to outright win the game tonight.
We'll be challenged much more defensively tonight and have to pick up a lot of balls in front of the back four - which if we don't, O'Hare will be all over.

Feel if we win tonight we really would of turnt the corner and that the boys will show they are hungry enough to get us over the line. Again some big performances needed tonight

meant Work levels, off the ball against West Brom we were brilliant, went a bit un noticed, this games won in midfield tonight and ours is much better, O hare will doing his usual headless chicken with no end product, and hamers legs go on 60 mins, we’re fitter and better, 3-1 cov

I dont think we played in our top gears on Saturday, got the 2 goals and eased off. Onyeka for another MoM this evening 💪

I wouldn't go that far but it'll put us in a strong position.

Ipswich will probably win against Swansea on Saturday as it's one of their easier home fixtures. Swansea are genuinely terrible away from home so it would take a masterclass from them to get the three points.

I'm nervous but also accepting that it's a tough game and no huge disaster if we lose. We have to accept that we will lose some between now and the end of the season. I still think a draw is most likely and would be a satisfactory result. A win would be huge. I don't agree that we're as good as up if we win the next two though. There are still a lot of games which we could balls up!

Last year's fixture maybe ended out promotion hopes without us knowing. Harsh on Wilson but maybe dovin saves that Ballard header or robins better footwork helps us score before that

Of course no way to say

Either way let sget revenge tonight!

Any news on dovin btw? Been a year pretty much now

Whoever is on the Blunts forum as PUSBCCFC trying to appease them and kiss their arses whilst they throw insults at you and act like their usual self opinionated self please stop it. You are embarrassing trying to kiss their arses whilst the cnts take the piss and act like they are still at club that matters despite not winning anything in over 100 years

Lampard is trolling me now. Finally gets rid of two CBs and puts two FBs on the bench instead. What must Markelo and Yang do? You are not using three defenders Frank be sensible.

No idea about Markelo but Yang was considered too lightweight at Portsmouth so I doubt he's going to cut the mustard for us.
Strange signing really

Why bring Yang or Markelo when Esse and BTA are clearly preferred? They’d never get on.

Agree, I like him as a player, but he’s clearly a year or two off being capable of the physicality. I maintain it’s not as strange as dropping £4.5m on a player who can’t get in the squad mind. Only Haji and Rudi cost more up front in the squad.

Why bring them in at all in that case? If BTA is a winger now and Eccles is a 10.

I think there’s room for two strikers two wingers and a ten personally.

The Markelo one seems to be an opportunity that they could not pass up and wait for summer, once he was available.

Esse is more 'oven ready' and is ahead of him... but an unlikely long-term move.

Absolutely nothing wrong with that bench - 3 defenders covering left/centre/right, 2 midfielders, and 3 attackers covering left/centre/right.

KKH covers both FB positions for me, Bidwell only gets on if both fullbacks get injured. I just think you need more forward options than defensive personally.
