Hopefully Doug hikes the prices up for
the last games if possible. We need as much money as we can get so we might as well get as much off the cherry pickers as possible .
These co called "cherry pickers" might well be fans who live away and can't get to every game, even firstimers who could become regulars.Dont worry Doug knows what he's doing. If we do things right next season Doug can make the millions then.
Enjoy the ride

Like me. I live 200 miles away but come to about 8 a season. I can't justify a ST but should surely get some form of priority over games like Wrexham over somebody who comes to a couple of games per season.

Thought the club had said they thr price was capped at the category B prices till the end of the year?

We will commit that after the Leicester A+ (local derby game) and Millwall midweek C game, all other home games until our last home fixture against Wrexham will be set as B games. We want you physically there at the stadium cheering on our incredible team to give us the best chance of fulfilling our dream.

You will get there for the Wrexham game no doubt but you wouldn’t of been bothered about the Preston game the other night.

it’s funny how the cherry pickers can always make the local derbies and the game we lift the trophy 😂😂

Maybe they should give us cherry pickers the tickets of people that can't distinguish between of and have?
The cherry pickers are really the worst type of fan.

Sit there in silence waiting to be entertained in their half and half scalf.

Its you isnt it cockle.

Pull the other one
Don't get what you mean by that.
If you mean people only want to buy tickets for big games that is their choice. They are putting their money into our club.We are all supporters no one is better than any one else even they go to every game.Like I said some people have to come from distant, some first time.I don't judge anyone. The more people who come on board the better. They are building our club.

They cappped season tickets at 24,000 this season, I think? From memory, we sold just over 23,500.

I can’t imagine there will be a lot of folks who don’t renew…unless Bling puts the prices up prohibitively. If there’s a similar cap then, what, just 4,000 tickets for general sale?

£60 for the games against the big 6?
Charging double to what away fans would be an interesting move !! I on ow he will charge more but hopefully not double

Someone with a season ticket sits playing Candy Crush in front of me in block 15 every game. Entire rows in block 15 sit in silence all game, every game. Reckon the cherry pickers have body snatched the OG naughty corner lot?

No mate, I've been doing the same number of games per season for over 30 years, its all I can justify cost wise given the travel and accommodation costs on top of the ticket.

I certainly didn't feel like a cherry picker watching us lose 6-2 to Yeovil, or 1-0 against FGR with 6K others on a cold Tuesday night.

Didn't they announce at the start of the year that all remaining games would be CAT B?

Edit: No they didn't - the last two games will be announced "in due course"

Personally I would be in favour of charging Portsmouth and Wrexham fans £30, no matter what category the game is. It could be a nothing game for them.

Not this superfan bollocks again.

We’re Coventry city, not Barcelona ffs. We don’t have “plastics”, we don’t have “glory supporters”, we just have fans.

Anyone who puts time, effort, and money into following us is a fan.

People who go to every game and shout their heads off are not a “better” fan than someone who can only attend a few times a year and enjoys watching quietly

No cash in on them. Most of this division hates us

I don't have any choice but to watch quietly these days as my voice legit disappears after 5 minutes now. I genuinely gave my voice box to this club.

Ahh yes the whole “hierarchy of fans” debate re-emerges. There are a million and one reasons why fans may or may not have a ST or even make games.

I live 3 hours away, have been smashed to bits financially this past year, struggling balancing work with being a new dad.

I’ve not been able to make a game this season (although not from trying - another fuck you to Sky for killing so many Saturday 3pms for us again) but I’ve spent a couple hundred quid a year to watch almost every game on iFollow.

You telling me I have to get in some queue behind people who live closer and have the financial means and time to attend more games than me for potentially one of the most exciting and important days in our history (Wrexham)?

Jog on. We all scrap for it when they’re released and that will be that. If I don’t get in the stands, I’ll try hospitality, if that fails I’m just going to the ground on the day anyway and hoping I can scalp one.
