Promotion is our best route to being rid of SISU, a club in the champ is that much more appealing to a new owner than a club in league one. Best case scenario would be that SISU acquire ACL & the Freehold, we get promoted and then club and stadium are sold on as a job lot to new owners.

Last time someone tried to buy us whilst in the Championship Ken Dulieu leaked all the details to The Sun, ending any hopes of that.

Am willing to be corrected but in the Ricoh completion report the freehold is deemed almost worthless while the 50 yr ACL lease is in place .If we believe they have £45M. to squander on losses and HF2 then the purchase of both entities should be feasable,But what if thats not the case .The value of Freehold when we moved in was £600K. what now £1.5-£2M. as the lease runs down?
Would the current pre-occupation with freehold suggest the money is'nt really there and acquisition give them the route to knock ACL over for nowt,just a naive thought.
