"Tank Tops Tardy Tickets"
Booked mine..2 junior Sky Blues, for the Grandsons, and one for my son in Law, paid in may by Debit Card, no panick YET, but I did search out the bank statement with the transaction printed on it, "just in case!" I'll give em a week, and then try that Bloody awful, automotive phone line.
incidently, they told me they would post them out to me, but didnt mention a payment,

I had asked for mine to be posted, but there was no sign of it last week. I called the ticket office, explained that I could not drop in to collect (being 135 miles away!) and they agreed to send it to me. I offered to pay the 1.50, but they said no need! Anyway, it arrived 2 days later, so I'm all set for the 6th August.

It seems, the disharmony of the Board room, has spread to the Ticket department, with some paying for delivery, and others not.
I reserved, tickets for myself, my son in law, and my two grandsons, in may and payed by Debit Card, I paid nearly £600 pound, and the guy said they would be posted to my address, no mention of a postage charge whatsoever.

The tickets began to be issued, on July 1st, i have been patient, and after three weeks have passed by i decided to give them a ring, it seems my £600 tickets, have been gathering dust in the out tray, waiting for me to pay £1.50 postage, of which there was no prior mention.
I argued my case with a rather curt and unsympathetic, young lady, who despite the ammount of money I'd spent, to watch a club with an unsure prognosis, would not be budged, whats more galling, I am convinced that they would still be lying there, come the first match, with no advise forthcoming from the ticket sales department.
the club went out of its way, to encourage me to renew our tickets, but after the cash is handed over, the after sales care, sucks..

Completely disorganised, you'd have thought they had never done this sort of thing before!

My old man and me paid for ours on direct debit, nowhere on the form was there an option to pay for postage, neither when my Dad dropped the forms off at the Ricoh was he made aware of this.

It took me phoning them up, after 10 attempts of just listening to the phone ring, to find out they have to be picked up.

Shambles.

I just checked my bank statement, the charge was £287.50, so that included postage.
I couldn't find any mention of the post charge on the leaflet, it is a ridiculous charge anyway, it should be part of the deal.
Probably costs as much to administer as to just post the tickets out to anyone who says yes when asked.
I ordered over the phone, I don't remember being asked, but I do remember saying something like "I'll get them in the post in a few weeks time with a card receipt will I?"
They said yes, but I never got the reciept, which isn't really good enough.

I would advise anyone who has not received them in the post to check what they were charged if they have a record, you can tell if a postal charge was added.
