Can someone help me before I lose my mind. I’m trying to buy 4 tickets in the family stand for me, my old man, and my two kids. All in my network, but when I assign the seats it keeps giving me this error on my dad’s account. I’ve logged into his account and can’t edit his date of birth. Surely if I’m paying a full adult price they couldn’t care less if he’s 8 or 80?!??

I think you'd maybe best do the order on the phone direct to the ticket office.

Probably but I dont get that. Let people choose where they want to sit. I imagine that is quite popular there now.

The south stand season tickets has probably been limited as they may need moving for cup games, ie that will be more difficult if there are more season ticket holders there.

Bizarre! I'm assuming the lack of DoB is the stumbling block... in that the system does not recognise him between the ages of 18 & 64... or any age for that matter!

You can create a new account (may need an alternative email address)... with his name & DoB. Buy the tickets now... then swap the membership number after to the correct one, by emailling the ticket office.

You have to email the ticket office along with a copy of his passport. I had a similar issue last season. They are the only ones who can edit the DOB.

As one of “the rest of the stadium”, please DON’T stop. I think it’s great. It’s harmless fun and adds a bit of extra atmosphere to the match.

Agree - drives me mad (I'm Block 15) The only time it's barely acceptable is if we're 2 goals up. Otherwise, it's just a disadvantage to us, in terms of lost time (as refs rarely compensate for that sort of stuff).

Cant remember which game last season but I put it in the match thread where a few people forgot themselves and started doing it to our player when we had a corner

Going to be so good having 75% of the ground full every game. South stand completely sold out. Only one set of two seats together outside family and corporate areas.

not sure how that helps as the claim is always that it's outside the d and unless the lino is 25ft tall he isn't going to be able to judge this

Suspect it's as @David O'Day says. All of those ST holders will have to move should we get a big FA Cup home draw. 99% sure they were available for the waiting list but then not after it.

Average will be way over 26/27k.
