Very true, but a normal business wouldn't care about that. Most CEO's these days take a very short term approach, as by the time the damage is done they will have moved on

I’m all posh now, was thinking about a Balcony Bar ST this year. How does that normally work? Are details released the same time as STs? Just worried about missing my ST window and then deciding Balcony Bar isn’t worth it/has got stupidly expensive.

From what I can remember, Hospitality is announced after season tickets, but before early bird is finished.

The Balcony Bar will be about £250 more than a season ticket in block 20, but it does include food a free beer and a program and the best seats in the house.

So you do the maths, is it value for money

The Programs for the season would cost £80.

15000 STH excluding premier package adding £20 + VAT to their season ticket only generates £300k revenue - but it is all incremental and we need to be doing that across revenue streams

Per game? 3.45 million/season
[/QUOTE]
I was talking about increasing the ST by £20 + VAT which is what others were discussing above

Which is why I’m worried they’re going to hike the price.

Never buy a programme nowadays. Even when I did it was the first home game of the season and the odd away game.

My guess would be for ST costs to perhaps climb to £460 plus booking fee for most adult seats. It’s £20 a match. Hopefully on that basis they don’t get too greedy with the match tickets for non season ticket holders.

If they want extra revenue they need to look at over 65 discounts.

I dont want a debate about individual cases but on AVERAGE they are the wealthiest cohort in the UK at present.

Just the average 65 year old has more wealth than a 19 year old so it feels a strange discrepancy we have.

I'm aware there are situations where this isn't the case

The typical OAP with spare funds can potentially help out the younger generation with their ticket costs. I know it happens in our family, but obviously can’t vouch for others.
