A thousand pound to renew in the club cov lounge, I think I'll be moving this year

Where are you seeing this? The article has “click here” but no link 🤦‍♂️

I think that's the 3 of us out

We were planning to move from the FZ as my lads now 15 and daughter 10 going on 11

If we stay there for price, but not enjoyment, its £600 up £150 from last year

If we move like we wanted too, its £815, so double what we paid last year

I get it that prices needed to increase, fair enough, but the best part of a grand for a family of 3 to sit where the atmosphere is, i just cant justify

Shame

Or another way of looking at it - £35 for the 3 of you per game - that's still pretty good value currently.

No issue with the pricing, personally. It's gone up £190 for us 3, but one of mine has moved up to the U18 category. The thing that pisses me off the most is the £8 per ticket processing fee and I don't even get a shiny new card for the privilege!

Was seriously considering a season ticket but have decided against it

I'm hoping moving house this year and where I am moving to will increase logistics costs, plus the house I'm looking at will likely need work doing which will need time and obviously money

I will continue to pick and choose my games and support the club via iFollow etc... If that means I miss out on big games such as an FA cup draw or Wembley then so be it; those that pay up front deserve the priority

Maybe 2026, hopefully in the Prem!

Got to say something in my mind (thanks Apple) says once I’m dropping £500 on a product I want to feel a bit special. Even blood tests come in fancy packaging these days, surely we can do something.

The whole thing feels so anti consumer and like they’re doing you a favour. Butter me up a bit. Give me a bit of user experience.

That money will go to Ticketmaster for developing and maintaining the platform. It’s a money printing exercise for them as I doubt they do anything bespoke for CCFC.

And some of the money will go to Louis Binks’ wages but they don’t add a £100 Binks Fee onto each ticket. Your supplier issues are yours. If you’ve picked a bad one don’t try and hide behind it.

Think the pricing is nearly there TBF. The adult FZ was ridiculously low. Levels that up with the rest of the adult prices. Although I think they could extend the kids FZ pricing into a couple more blocks.

I think the prices overall are pretty fair. We are very lucky to have so few categories. Other grounds are many different zones with vastly different prices. Leicester, for example, charge different prices in nearly every block. Our half way line seats are still cheaper than most but the rest of the ground is probably around average.

Prem Package holders in the Standard Zone have arguably lost out. Obviously the selling point was, and is, the free PL ticket should we get there. However, they were also buying into a locked price which still remains 60 quid more than most seats.

Tbf FZ was underpriced. We sit right on the peripherals of it for max value. However now it's full price, I'm not sure I want to be where all the other kids are, that in itself is worth a small discount, so will consider moving. At a big saving I've put up with it, a marginal one not so sure.

Its fucking shite in there lets be honest

I want to move, but £830 (including booking fee) is a lot to part with

Sorry mate, but £815 to sit in the corner is not bad at all, it’s good value.

Don’t want to pay the extra then just sit in the FZ again. Adult prices should be the same regardless of whether in FZ or not. £600 is ridiculously good value.

If you pick and choose your games, you’d only be able to go to around 12 games before it becomes more efficient to have a ST anyway.

I can't make a lot of weekend games next season due to my personal circumstances, so if it would help to share a ST let me know. Going to be renewing anyway.

I'm in FZ zone, price increase was expected but that's a whopper.

I'll offset the price rise by not buying as much in club shop now...and probs take my match day spend somewhere cheaper to balance it all out a bit.

I do see that adults in there should be paying more than they were. just the degree of price hike looks bad. maybe better to raise the kids a little, and adults a little less than they have done so it looks better.

however, does this mean we still have that stupid rule where we have to 'sell' seats if we can't go? those restrictions don't apply anywhere else, right?

if I'm no longer getting a better deal, don't see why I should need to do all of that again .
