I think David Bell likes a misty buff, or an oak funnell, and Frediie likes a pie crust brown.
I certainly know Ken Dulieu liked the perma tan colour by Ronseal quick dry.

Slightly on but off topic, Richard Keys all so unknowledgable on all thinks takeover related went to Whitley. To be fair though he doesnt play for the team.

Booby and Jonathan Gould went Cally. As did Ian Evatt.

Marcus Hall went Stoke Park.

I went to Coundon Court, Ernesford Grange and Caludon Castle. I never played for Cov. Favourite colour sky blue, favourite pastimes football, tracking my car and sex.

Yeah, weird thread

Would that be the Whitley Abbey that I went to, Moff?

Thats the one!

You werent there when I was in the late eighties were you in the old awful tin blocks, or did you attend the plush new rebuild?
(oh sh*t just given out the fact that I am now getting old!)
We were in the old tin blocks, Moff - but not in the eighties. I left at Christmas 1963 (so you are nowhere near getting old!)

Again slightly off topic.

England International Nigel Winterburn, who played alongside Andy Thorn at Wimbledon, then on to Arsenal started out at Nuneaton Borough.

He went to Herbert Fowler Middle Scool in Arley, then on to Alderman Smith in Nuneaton.

As did Cameron Belford who plays in goal for Bury (now onloan with fatboy freedie at Southend), who was on the books at CCFC academy.

Same here, i was there in the 90's when the tin blocks were there and the CDT teacher was an alcoholic. Aren't all CDT teachers alcoholics?

I do believe Keys was Head Boy in his last year. Apparently he was awarded it in sympathy as he was already begining to look like the missing link between man and chimp.

They got rid of Head Boy by the time I got there, as I doubt many in my years would have been good enough!!
