They all do hopefully, otherwise we don't want them here at our club.

Such a difficult one for Mowbray having to drop players like Phillips, Fortune and Lamerias who were superb last week.

I'd start with Kent instead of Cole. Not sure if I'd start with JOB or Lameries. Whichever swap them for last 30mins. Either way it looks a strong team.

Close thread.

Possibly Bigi on the bench instead of Kent depending on how fit he is

Unless TM was giving the Gills a wrong turn I don't see Cole featuring.
Was pretty forthright about what he wants.

I'd favour that side but swap Kent for Cole, and put JOB in behind Armstrong.

Wouldn't start cole I think we have carried him a lot in the games he has played and we need as much energy as possible Saturday to win the game !!

Don't think Turner will start. I think start with same team as last week apart from Armstrong for Fortune. Cole, Turner and Kent on bench.

That he's not ready, chasing games and not fit enough.
FA cup weekend coming up with a free weekend where they will give him a mini Pre-season to get fit or fitter, can't be starting ahead of others as things stand.

Don't want Cole in the side. He is just dead wood at the moment. Should never have took him on.

Not sure how he gets fit sitting in the stands, even through pre-season players need game time. I didn't think he looked that bad when he played against Barnsley, rusty yes, but still a 6.

Hmm really tricky before Colchester game would never have started Fortune ahead of Tudguy but he had a great game
on the day completely justifying his selection I thought Phillips had his best game in ages too.

Turner and Cole not really fully fit so would not start them - Bigi also not had much action.....hmm tough but
would try to reward players who had a great game last Saturday.

(4-2-3-1)

RCC GK
Phillips RB
Stokes LB
Martin CB
Ricketts CB
Fleck DCM
Vincelot DCM
JOB ACM
Fortune ACM
Murphy ACM
Armstrong ST

Subs: Burge, Turner, Haynes, C.Thomas, Tudguy, Kent, Lameiras

Bigi/Cole left out to get more fitness.

Don't think I've ever had so much confidence in a manager since I started going in the 60's . TM could put the changing room cleaner in and I'd cheer them on . (I do like jobs work rate though, he must be hard to play against)

Don't think Cole will be involved as Mowbray mentioned he has a tight hamstring still. Plus don't think he will leave Bigi out the matchday squad.

RCC

Ricketts Martin Turner Stokes

Vincelot Fleck

Lameiras Murphy O'Brien

Armstrong

Don't think Lamerias deserves to be dropped he played really well Saturday. Would expect Bigi to be on the bench and Joe Cole not to feature at all.

I am not too sure we can rush any of the loans into a starting place, the only one I would think is maybe Turner but it depends on his fitness!

Isnt it great to have so many options though!

I reckon it'll be the same team as last week but with Armstrong in for Lameires.

He probably should but I'll be surprise if he drops Fortune after the Colchester game
