What a superb performance today, and all the games since thorns been the gaffer!
He pulled the strings today, dictated play, sprayed the ball about, bossed midfield, chased,harried and got a foot in when needed. Absolutely superb!
We've been after a midfield lynchpin for such a long time. Hopefully under Thorn, Sammy is that man we've been looking for.

quality player his range of passing is 1st class very rarely gives the ball away our new formation definately suits him just sitting there spraying the ball about wiv the rest in front of him getting forward and bombing on! he will stand out next season for sure.

Yeah I went Rob. He was slaughtered to put it mildly! I think the song went something like " it could of been you, it could of been youuuu, poor Sammy Clingan it could of been you!

I wouldn't expect them to be staying up, they reportedly gave a trial to Rohan Ricketts recently who is currently playing in the German lower leagues after bouncing around different countries.
