I believe this is one of the new quality ‘temp’ outbuildings that’s been installed at Ryton. Looks like the gym/strength areas moved out of the main building.

The usually do a few videos of training in pre season but probably saving that for the trip away

Looks like a Marquee to me!! A temporary construction.

The old gym was tucked away down in the bottom left of the video taken from the drone.
Nothing in that corner visible from that footage.
I'd expect a new state of the art gym to not be a tent. Pretty sure that is not it.

Might be a temporary structure but you can see in the video it’s got A/C and guttering & drainage. It’ll be there for a while!
