Thoughts on him - IF and i say IF we go up should we try and get him again ? surely he has a price 10 M ?
So give them his autograph.Bling should give Brighton a blank piece of paper and sign his name at the bottom.
An autograph off bling has monetary value that Brighton could not refuseSo give them his autograph.
Do you think that would work?
They turned down £5.5m, if the rumours are to be believed.I’d just love it if he’d agreed an obligation price between £5-8m would be another stunning decision
This is apocryphal surelywhat we want is someone as good if not better than Rushworth and someone that can kick much much better, obviously if Rushworth could kick better I would welcome him with open arms but his kicking is feckin shite
Folk or fuck? Not as good as Wilson some folk told us
They turned down 5.5m supposedly in the summer. he would cost us closer to double figuresWe should sign him in the January window. I would have thought 5m would be enough, as he has never featured for them and is loaned out. The fact he is doing well for us atm is neither here or there at this stage, he could turn quickly into a flop. So 5m should get it done and worth the punt.
Sorry but a goalkeeper is never in striker territory. He has not played for them in the premier league. 10m as you are suggesting would give us a whole new bunch of options. You're inflating worth. If we could not get him for 5/6m then I'd say no.They turned down 5.5m supposedly in the summer. he would cost us closer to double figures
I fail to see the problemThey turned down 5.5m supposedly in the summer. he would cost us closer to double figures
Me neither, its Paxman who is suggesting we should offer less than what we have already after a good season. It doesn't make much sense.I fail to see the problem
If we're going to be offering for Rushworth, we'll have been promoted.Sorry but a goalkeeper is never in striker territory. He might be in their plans but at end of loan he has 1 year left plus 1 year extension at Brightons choosing. Hes spent his career at brighton on loan and at moment he's still at best a bench warmer or cup keeper, next season he will be off to another championship club for yet another loan. Timings right for them to cash in if they get a hint that he wants first team football and 8-10m should do it.They turned down £5.5m, if the rumours are to be believed.
I'd imagine we'd be looking significantly north of £10m. He's in their plans, we'd have to make it worth their while.
