He's easy 20 millionWhat is his transfer value?
I was discussing this at the West Brom away game with a few fans.
I reckon a young English keeper with international potential in the premier league is 20 million plus?
Trafford was 27 million due to a buy back clause.
Less than 15 million is an absolute mugging to my eyes.
His contract is coming towards the end. They either sell him or risk him going for nothing. He won’t be their number 1 but he’ll have to force the move assuming we go up
His kicking and distribution is improving and has got us a few goals, the most recent being the one for Wright to slot home from just outside the 6 yard box. He's been brilliant, but I don't think he will be an England regular, his kicking and distribution let him down.
But coming towards the end of his contract and has said out loud he would love to join us permanently. Wouldn't be surprised if something had already been agreed. He's easy 20 million
He's been our most improved player this season by a country mile. He was bloody awful leading into the Leicester away game and that save seemed to serve to kickstart his season. He probably realised that it was going to be make or break for him this year right there. Don't forget that even Lampard commented on his shaky start... He still needs to improve his kicking a lot more but that's improved too. There are some right corkers on the first couple of pages.
He wasn't awful at all. He's been our most improved player this season by a country mile. Welcome Craig. RIP Evo.I made a new account , a fresh start shall we say, its a mental thing (Evo1883) dont askbut i will mention it so people know going forward as nick is deleting my original username today .
The thing i like about carl the most is his handling , he will Dive and make the save but will keep hold of it , cant recall him parrying the ball all too often either .. the freekick yesterday he took mid air and just held it right down to the floor .. hes so good
You're right - worse than that.Bloody awful? Lol
Some players get weird cult followings. It was always going to be a hard ask for a guy to replace Wilson with sections of this fanbase.Couldn’t believe the early season stick he got. Love That Cov Pod but they were questioning whether Wilson should come back in which I found odd. No one questioning it now, absolutely sensational season. His handling is exceptional and he gives the defence so much confidence. Hopefully he goes all the way and with us obviously.

Was thinking thisBeen going since 1993 and he’s the best keeper to play for us in that time, IMO.
Don't change username , I hate change!Yes mate , Evo i was
Evo had some good years on here, some of the best we've seen, but was in danger of becoming stale - RobinsDon't change username , I hate change!
Is this to put the lampard haters era behind you? Lol its not needed mate!
Fair enoughno nothing to do with that , im pretty happy with most of my footballing opinions on here , we all have opinions that turn out to be a bit crap.
This is something ive been wanting to do for ages , have asked nick before but didnt go through with it .
I have this compelling need to start a fresh , everywhere (in life)

I've been going since 1976 so Blyth was the first goalkeeper I saw & he was the best I have seen, Rushworth is up there with Blyth.Been going since 1993 and he’s the best keeper to play for us in that time, IMO.
You'll always be Evo to meSure , everybody does in real life anyway even though my name is craig
For some reason if I had to guess your name I would have gone with Craig or Matt!Sure , everybody does in real life anyway even though my name is craig
When we change accounts Nick should post a compilation of good & bad posts from the previous accountYou'll always be Evo to me
Im sure @Grendel could whip a small thing up with his spreadsheetWhen we change accounts Nick should post a compilation of good & bad posts from the previous account

We didn't want to sell Hamer or Gyokeres but we didn't really have a choice. They would love to keep Rushworth for the future but Rushworth has had a taste of playing for a side that sees him as very important and is loving it. He wouldn't be our No.2 let alone No.3 like he is with his parent club. They will make a very good profit on him which is what they're very good at.
All round a very good deal for everyone.
I felt the same way. Happy to hold my hands up on this one.I agree , my personal favourite about ben stevenson , i should have deleted after this in fairness View attachment 49697
