If we get taken over it will go down in history, along with this thread

The day we get taken over will conclude what is essentially a two week long alcohol and drug infused bar fight over the Internet. What a way for us all to remember it!

Fucking love it.

Its only an offer.
Sisu will reject it and we need to be all over them when they do.

What if its a legit offer?

Not 50p and a curly wurly for example?

That's why I asked what the offer is. It's hard to say without knowing how serious the offer is, what the offer is etc.

If it's a random offer via the press like we keep seeing where it's clearly never going to happen it's pointless. Seen it so many times with people like Hoffman (and when Michael from KCIC did that rent offer where the terms were never said)

If it is a 100% serious, viable offer with plans for the club going forward then people can get behind it.

Just seen the edit.

So put up what's being offered so everybody can get behind it.

All you are doing now is making it seem like there's going to be an attention seeking offer to make everybody shout at SISU when it gets laughed at.

Where are your photos from the SISU protest at SISU HQ?

I have actually posted them, they are on here as examples of how a protest can be against SISU and not CCFC already posted. One of the examples of a protest that would be aimed at SISU and not CCFC would be to chip in to get advertising right by their offices, one of them would be to glue their locks, one of them would be to rank in Google for their name, one of them was to trawl linked in and find any potential disgruntled ex employees or people in the know of their world, one of them is to get an ad in the financial times, the other would be a proper organised flash mob type thing that brings the street by their office to a standstill and gets attention on social media with hashtags etc., speak to St Helens people who also have a link to SISU in their ownership structure. They won't make SISU go, but they are things targeted at them an not CCFC, which was my original point and there are plenty more that have been posted.

It's common sense on how a protest could be at SISU or CCFC though.

"a lot of people on here" haven't sussed out anything as there is nothing to suss. It's funnier to watch the made up conspiracy theories sometimes though ;)

So yet again, you've changed your mind. First we should glue the locks. Then you said we shouldn't glue the locks and it wasn't what you really meant. Now you're back on to gluing the locks.

With indecision like that, thank goodness you are not leading any of the protest groups. Still it won't stop you making snide remarks about the Trust and the JH way who are far more consistent than you are.

FFS Italia I had sympathy for you now please crawl back under a stone and fook off. Might just be me but you either have a tiny penis, fat bird/wife or a lonely life. Spill the fooking beans or man up.
I know this that and the other............Jesus wept ive cancelled the order for a second hand tyre on my Beemer on the strength of your inside info. Nothing ever changes on here.
Back to winging it with racing slicks until payday and borrowing a few quid from works petty cash.:woot:

If it's anything like the one where Hoffman got all the gate receipts to stay at the Ricoh when we moved to Northampton then cant really get into sisu can we then? It was an moronic offer

What a disgraceful U-Turn, thought it was a stone wall guaranteed takeover? Or were you confusing us with your beloved Wasps?!
I never said a takeover would already have been agreed.
I inferred there would be a side to take on Tuesday. (When it's rejected ?).
I am saying we should bombard Sisu with a united front though if it is.

No, nothing has changed.

It was an example of action that was aimed at SISU, I wasn't saying I condoned it. It was a quick off the cuff example of something that would be action against SISU rather than CCFC.

I am not saying everybody get down there and glue the locks, I said it as an example of something that was aimed at SISU rather than CCFC.

There isn't any indecision, it's just an example of how an action is aimed at SISU rather than CCFC. It isn't a massive call to arms for god sake, the same as it wasn't when I posted it.

We need to be united. Anything is better than this slow death.

But surely it depends on the offer?

Again, you are pretty much confirming it's going to be rejected and everybody should shout at SISU.

Is it an actual serious offer?

I am pleased that you have bothered to put this on here.. Even if it comes to nothing it gives a bit of hope. You cannot win as people are asking for more info and when you give it to them you just get moans or abuse from some. I think most people will be pleased with what ever info you can give.

Exactly. It's just reading like it's going to be something to get people worked up.

If somebody comes out with what they have offered, their plans etc then people can get behind it. If it's a silly fag packet approach like that estate agent guy with his ex england internationals just wanting to get people worked up then it's different.

Rightio, so you are posting ideas that you don't actually agree with or condone. Unbelievable.

What a tangled web you weave, when you practice to deceive.

That's unlikely though.

The most we would be told it the value of the bid.

No, they were examples of how action would be at SISU rather than CCFC to show the difference.

The fact examples are needed is worrying in it's self.

At the risk of being ridiculed for all of time by the SBT populace, i heard from someone loosely connected to both city and wasps that they have heard rumblings about a take over involving 4 wealthy men (Hoffman being confirmed as one of them) taking a percentage each (15-20%) and the remaining shares being sold off to fans.

This proposal was apparently being taken to a board meeting for a vote some time this week. I took it with a pinch of salt, and can in no way verify the accuracy but they would have no reason to lie to me.
