Why is it any less interesting? He's not even their sports journalist is he? He doesn't offer any insight into anything does he?

Also when you have posters on here like PWKH is that actually useful? He has a specific agenda and will use his knowledge of areas we know nothing about to exploit that. Isn't there allegations he then resorted to a fake account in addition to promote his views via an apparant "supporter" account? That's manipulation isn't it?

In fact the only time I'd say there was any interest was when Linnell came on here. Like or not he's far more skilled at getting debate and discussion going. Gilbert offers none of that. He's just an irrelevance.

as i have a friend who has links to club and always says their is stuff going on but when asked for any sort of details says "i cannot comment" . i think hes just pretending to know juicy stuff personally.

So I take it you just ignored Simon Gilbert and PWKH when they were on here then? No thought not.
Having a different opinion to you that you do not like. Does not equate to someone having no insight.
I am quite confident that Simon has access to people that are able to confirm or deny rumours quite quickly.
Just as Les does. Yes those people will use it as chance to get out their own message.
However I am quite capable of making up my own mind in what they say.
That's the point idiots hound them out so those that are interested in what they have to say in order to debate with them sensibly don't get the chance.
What happened to Linnel posting on here? Was he hounded out as well?

Regarding the fact he isn't the sports journalist. Unfortunately bar our trip to Wembley and repeated relegations, the biggest things that happen to CCFC in recent years happen off the pitch not on.

Exactly just telling him to F off, then aload of others just childishly goading. When he finally comes back on here. These are people who intimate that he left the site due to some conspiracy between CET and CCC so why are they not taking the chance to ask him straight out about that?

Is Tim Fisher or Les Reid a bad person. I would stick up for them as well if they came on here under their real names and just got abused and hounded out.

His first post was giving it canleymegabollocks and he rightly got told to fuck off. Any criticism of him and it's all 'tin foil hat' etc. He's like a teenager. I told him to fuck off. I stand by it. But if he wants to post on here he can fill his boots.

And hopefully he'll eventually understand it's not 'skybluestalk' or 'twitter' or 'facebook' that has a problem with the way he conducts himself. It's actual people who happen to use those mediums to communicate.

And for clarity I'll say it again. I'm sure he's a decent bloke outside of his job in real life.

I'd say people who post with an agenda are less valuable than actual city fans.

I dunno, I kind of like the behind the scenes people popping up. Sure, they have an ulterior motive, but then that's obvious and you still get more than silence. Think don's right, it's the same as Fisher being barracked at the trust meeting - kind of understandable, but also understandable when it means you learn nothing!

There were a couple of times it was illuminating to ask PWKH questions, for example, and see his answers (or lack of)...
