Let’s hope Friday is our biggest win of the season & Rooney stays with the A45 tramps & they get to their promised land of League 1

Wouldn’t be surprised if they end up trying to tempt Eustace back.

Wayne Rooney sacked as Birmingham City boss after disastrous 15-match reign

Birmingham City have sacked manager Wayne Rooney after a dismal run of just two wins in 15 matches, with the heavy defeat to Leeds United the final straw for St Andrew's bosses

Zero chance, I reckon. They’ll try for Cooper and probably end up with Mowbray.

I think they will try for Trevor Francis, and when realising he is dead, will go for Phil Neville (sorry if insensitive, but no weirder than choosing Rooney in the 1st place)

They could do a lot worse than ask Warnock to take it on for half a season.

Surely this spells the end of Rooney’s managerial career. His record must be at Russell Slade level.

Apparently sounded Cooper out last week, sounds like it's his if he wants it.
I'd swerve it if I was him, basket case of a club.

Will this go down as the worst/strangest managerial appointment in championship history?

Having looked it up, Rooney’s win record is 26.1%, Slade’s overall 36.3%

At least Zola had a play off final on his CV before going there, Rooney’s previous record no way justified sacking Eustace for him. Crazy!
