Negotiations between the clubs over the terms of the deal and obviously % contribution of salary … then negotiations between the player and agent particularly around bonus’ based on playing time etc & in some cases with younger players, they won’t just want their salary matched, they ask for more on top.I'd say if Esse isn't done early next week it's not happening.
