Esse has plenty of natural talent but he's young and inexperienced and therefore likely to be inconsistent. I'm sure he will benefit from the good coaching which I hope we can give him and from getting more game time.

I feel confident that he will turn out to be a decent player at Premier League level but whether that will be with us remains to be seen.
