Very quiet there but a couple of comments about one of our posters (might have been Nick) being worried about Calvin Andrew being up against Drysdale. Looks like they view Andrew like we do Baka, so naturally there was some amusement from them about this.
Nevertheless the original comment was due to Andrew scoring the winner against us last season, which gives our fans the impression he is better than he is. Can't think of too many games where Baka will have worried the opposition similarly, but maybe Sunderland next week as he played well at their place last season.
Anyhow it also got me thinking about duds we signed who had always played well against us previously. Three I can immediately think off are Clayton Ince, Michael McIndoe and Dean Holdsworth. Any others?

Beavon? The game when Burton beat us 2-0 in the Mowbray season he was class. He scored in the JPT for Preston against us too in the 3-2 game on Sky. Perhaps a bit unfair to call him a dud though as scoring goals was never a forte of his...except against us :woot:

On the other side of this, Peter Ndlovu played against us on a pre-season tour.
And I think (happy to be corrected) that Boateng played against us in a pre-season friendly before signing.
Two of our most iconic players. We get lucky sometimes!
