You could, in theory, say the whole team have been poor so really none of them deserve to be picked. Drop the lot.

Still, it gives me a heads up on who are our main villains this year.

----------------------Murphy
Clarke Malaga(if not fit Brown) Wood Hussey
-------------Jennings-----Kilbane-------------
McGoldrick--------Fleck--------McSheffrey----
--------------------Cody------------------------

I would play thomas in place of kilbane but have a feeling he will start with the captain, for tht reason only

Which Barton though? The 'first few games' Barton, or the one that came thereafter?

One I'd have in the team. The other I wouldn't even let clean my car

as long as kilbane doesn't play in midfield that suits me.

I would like to see a 4-2-1-3 formation:

---------------Dunn/Murphy--------------
--Clarke--Malaga--Wood/Cameron--Hussey/Kilbane--
-----------Barton------Jennings-----------
----------------Fleck/Baker----------------
------Cody ----McGoldrick----McSheffery

This allows Fleck to play in "the hole" which I believe he was brought in to do. Some would say this is a version of the diamond but I'd like to believe this would be more effective. Jennings and Barton can "Boss" the midfield while Fleck has the free role. Baker can be used as a sub for Fleck.

Wouldn't be playing Henderson wide - he should be our Pirlo.

I think there is going to be a very dramatic change to the squad with all the lazy players going out and playing the battlers. I think the team will be.

Murph, Clarke, Malaga, Wood, Reckford, Thomas, Jenno, Moussa, Henderson, fleck, McGoldrick

To be honest I'm also just going on stuff I've heard, but I think he's a deep lying playmaker that can play wide if needed.

--------------------------Murphy-----------------------------
Christie---------Wood----------Edjenguele---------hussey
--------------------Jennings------Kilbane--------------------
----------Moussa----------------------------Henderson----
-----------------------------Fleck-----------------------------
--------------------Mcdonald/ Mcgoldrick-------------------

Subs to come on:
Reckford
Barton
Mcgoldrick/ Mcdonald

If barton was in the team ahead of kilbane then that would be my best team anyday! and if reckford is good then him instead of hussey in the future too
