Alex Ferguson’s management has definitely influenced Robins. Utd at their best were all about devastating counter attacks at speed. We are at our best playing that way. Also Robins is notoriously strict, and as we have seen takes absolutely no shit. Of all Ferguson’s ex players who moved into management (Keane, Giggs etc), it’s the understated Mark Robins who mirrors his old boss most.

Sir Alex Ferguson ruled the dressing room for 25 years and created a dynasty, no matter how strong individuals were, in his way Robins has done that here, has he copied Fergie ? well he will have taken on board his influence. Now he has a freer hand I expect the influence to gather.

He's built a real culture here, we are so lucky Sisu got one thing right. Our football is shit hot at times. When you look at previous championship well run outfits, the Brighton's, Brentford, Bournemouth over the years. We are starting to look like that crew. Happy fucking day.
