So sad to lose someone so young, goes to show how short life can be. And if it is the reason thats gone around that we should be treating people with respect and looking out for others, checking in on them and just giving them the time of day as you never know what they are going through

So sorry to hear and RIP. Matt

I can only echo what people have already said on here. Reach out if you are in a dark place. Just finding someone to talk to can really lighten the burden. Sometimes it's just good to talk and talk and talk.

Won't go into details, but someone very, very close to me was just about to take their life and luckily, the uni they were at, had become increasingly concerned and rang me to say this person had written goodbye notes to everyone and was very close to committing suicide. They are now, thankfully, in a much happier place

But there's not always that intervention there, so just find anyone to talk to. Doesn't matter if it's some random stranger.

Reach out, there will always be someone there who is willing to listen and will try their very best to help.

I lost a stepbrother about 20 years ago. Sadly we saw it coming. Nothing could save him.
Then a colleague, who seemingly had everything, took his life. Nobody saw it coming. Sometimes it's like that.
So sad for Matt and his family and friends.
Rest easy fella. x
