Matt was a SBT user although im not 100% sure of his username

He was at the game with his daughter on wednesday , im not sure what's happened but all I will say is he was a lovely lad and a massive skyblue supporter who leaves behind a partner and a little girl .

Life's incredibly fragile , such a sad thing to wake up to

Rest in peace matt lad PUSB

R.I.P. So sad, especially when taken far too soon. Thoughts with family and friends.

I saw on social media that a city supporer had taken their own life, I've no idea if this is the same fella but having been at the funeral of someone who did yesterday I'll use this opportunity to say if you're in a bad place then please reach out.
There is help, and their is a way through your troubles

RIP Matt (and apologies if the person I'm referring to isn't you but I'm sure you won't mind me hijacking your thread to send that message). Sleep well.

This was probably the most surreal notification I've received after waking up.

It's not me.

RIP 'other' Matt. I never knew him but it's always tragic when you hear of someone so young. Thoughts to his family and friends.

He’s a mutual friend on social media, saw posts shared that he had gone missing yesterday. Deeply upsetting

RIP Matt…. Such sad news and if it is the case with Matt, such a tragic situation for anyone to feel that there is no other option. Being able to speak with a bit of experience of being in that dark lonely place…you have to speak to someone, anyone, to give you the moment of pause and reflection. Thoughts with his family and friends

If anyone’s struggling with their mental health, or just wants to talk with someone, the number for Samaritans (24 hours) is 116 123, or you can email them: jo@samaritans.org

Might be worth getting a few relevant helpline numbers in a post and making it a sticky @Nick

Amen. Was just thinking the same.

I've also seen Andy's talk club, located in alderman's green on Mondays and think they are opening a second in cov.

I'll make a post with info and sticky it.

Something for us all to keep in mind is that there’s a person behind the online personas on here and you never know quite what they’re going through.

We argue a lot on here but echo clint sentiment. If you need help reach out. Councelling genuinely does help it's not just a thing people say.

RIP Matt
