I would say that if SISU have left the lease in Ltd when it's liquidated, it would be up to ACL whether they wanted to try to get a contract with another club or whether they leave it available in the hope of CCFC returning at some point.
I guess we'll know more if and when Joy and Ann Lucas (or TF and ACL) meet up to discuss things. Personally, I think they will probably meet at some point over the next few weeks but SISU will still be asking for more than they are likely to ever get so they will be no further on.
Both sides will try to spin discussions to try to make everyone think they've bent over backwards and it was the other side's fault that nothing was agreed.
I can't see CCFC being back at the Ricoh while SISU are still in charge. I do think ACL will then find something to help fill the financial gap left by the club though probably not quite as much income as they would be getting had Cov still been there.

Pretty sure PWKH said liquidation would mean the end of the option to buy. It must be about to run out anyway, it was only for 10 years or so wasn't it? Be intresting to see if anyone comes in to buy their share.
