clearly the Ricoh Arena and ACL are not filled with inertia by being associated with CCFC. They are making decisions and planning for the future.

note the bit about £3m being spent January 2013 on creating more hotel rooms and event space. Doesnt sound like they are sitting on their hands waiting for CCFC to pay the rent.

It would also seem that the hospitality, events etc are now run by IEC Experience limited, a joint venture between ACL and Compass. Compass no longer just a supplier they are a partner. Wouldnt be easy for a new shareholder to change that structure

The Ricoh goes from strength to strength, while CCFC goes from bad to worse......

Good if ACL really is going from strength to strength but if you take the CCFC rent out of their business that is a big hole to fill. How much do they have to increase their turnover to bring in £1.2m in profit? There must come a time when they knock on CCFC's door for the unpaid rent.Old Mr Creosote had better check his directors insurance, otherwise his girth will not be his only problem. It will be the end of the pies for him.

Very interesting on the new structure OSB.The interim appointment could suggest a wait of a couple more months for the Higgs negotiations to either peter out or bare fruit as they've had 2 months notice of Gidneys exit.

There is no fruit to bare!! No deal has been done, Gidney was leaving before a this kicked off.

Just wait for the next few weeks

There are quite a few on here who will take great delight in your words.

I am not sure many other club's fans would take such delight in seeing their club in trouble.

Of course sisu owe it,they know the rent so should pay it. They were offered a generous reduction but they snubbed it. Greed, greed and more greed.

I try again - sisu owe nothing. The club does.
Sisu may own the shares of the club, but it is still the club alone that owe any unpaid bills.
In case the club goes bust sisu won't be obliged to pay the clubs unpaid bills.

It was the club that was offered a rent reduction, not sisu.
It was the club that asked for a more complex deal than a simple rent reduction. Not sisu.

Sisu and the club are different legal entities.

It's fair enough you wish it was different, but it isn't.

Well, this is a simple business matter, not a fraud case, so no board members should be liable for any wrong doing. If the club cannot pay its creditors that is not a crimminal offense.
But, if the club enters administration or liquidation then paying some creditors and not others may become an offense and board members may become liable.

Trouble they got themselves in by bad management and poor descsions. The problem with the club is that its rotten to the core, they need to do what some other clubs have done - go bust and come no stronger and with new owners that want the club and not just the Ricoh cus it's a cash cow.

Don't see why the tax payers of this city should handover half the stadium for sius to mortage.

Sius has never wanted CCFC they want the Ricoh!!!

Sorry Valiant SISU funds are owed money ...... SISU do not owe money to any of the CCFC creditors.......... they have no responsibility to pay the rent or other creditors, thats all down to CCFC. The frustartion with that of course is that the club has acted under SISU instructions and incurred that debt !

Directors can be held responsible Godiva if there is proof that their actions are negligent or fraudulent........ of course Joy isnt a director last time i looked so legally SISU would be seen as owners of the shares (via their web of funds etc) but not directors. Any actions would be against the likes of Fisher

I wonder, OSB, whether Seppala isn't a shadow director. It is clear that Fisher follows her orders and there is only money to support what she wants. Clarke is a nonentity and truly a makeweight. Who else is left?
Seppala calls the shots=shadow director.

She represent the shareholders, so of course she calls the shots.

Yep - haven't u seen the LCD screen in the car park.

Another 50k plus spent by ACL - not a company worried about CCFC

I have worked there many times for an electrical firm, when work needs doing
they spare no expence ;).Someone may have said they spend the Profits over the year as much as possible.Less to pay back??.Something like that any way.

Maybe some people know how much money the Ricoh can/does make..
Any one know the amount given for the Olympics?
No rent paid justa few months befor olympics are about to start..

thanks for any answers!!

Clearly neither economics or the command of the English Language are your strong point.
