I do wish him the best, but there is that slight concern of are there players in younger age groups showing promise who he could look to take before we can sign them up as scholars or pros? Being a Cat1 academy WBA may well already have players of an overall higher standard than we're developing but as we've seen we get a few absolute gems.
I think with RS there we have kept more than we may have done under someone else, but with EPPP that gets harder and harder as clubs are invited to scout us whenever they wish at all age groups.
