As much as i like Shaw, to stick with this awful diamond formation that failed miserably last year and 3 games under Thorn this season is truely bizzare and shows that he lacks the knowledge to change something that clearly hasnt worked for 12 months. We have new players but same problems, we have no mental strength or character and we need a manager who has that, teams reflect their manager and we are mentally weak and have no characther........ just like the previous manager. We need an Ince, Wise type.
Except he didn't play the diamond today...

hmm ok well i disagree, Jennings clearly sat in front of defence and i thought Baker was just behind front 2 but we all have different views... either way something different need, maybe a 4-3-3

Baker was behind the front two, if they were playing in front of him on the right wing...

All he did all match was stand by the dugout rubbing his chin, he did feck all else. He did'nt shout anything at the players, either praise or a bollocking, but just stood there looking clueless. The players looked like they did'nt know what to do, so god help us if he gets the job.
The prat who gave extended contracts to Baker & Bell, and a contract in the first place to Hussey needs shooting, (I know it was KD but how did he get the job in the first place), these players need to be shown the exit asap, as they are simply useless.
We are woeful and a laughing stock and for the first time in my supporting life i'm embarressed to call myself a fan of Coventry City.

Hussey didn't do a lot wrong today, first half he had their fullback inside out which led them to push a midfielder on to him second half

We played 4-4-2 today, not the diamond, then moved to 4-3-3 when we got desperate!
Midfield look restricted today.
