A manager who loves being a manager is what we need! A good coach is one thing, but you look at Gus Poyet and Paolo Di Canio they both live and breath being a manager not just a coach!
Thats what this club needs, i think Wise is the only person who would do that!!!
What a sad prick sitting at his desk with a list of ex threads to bring up as and when, get a life man. As it happens I WOULD give the job to Shaw AND Carsley as a duo and wouldn't judge them on a 1-0 reverse at Crewe. My bigger concern is the 2 plebs selecting our manager, what credentials do they have other than what sisu tell them to do. It seems all our ills are manager problems, no it isn't, it is those 2 articles and our owners, wake up and smell the coffee. You're not saying we should select Shaw and you're not advocating him? :thinking about::thinking about:
So it wasn't you who posted this?

Changed my mind give it to Richard
Loved his interview and i know it is easy having won but lets forget this must have experience bollox We are a third division club, David Moyes, Tony Pulis, Big Sam, Paul Lambert and Nigel Atkins all started in that division.

I apologise and admit you are one of the few posters on here i read, all my love.Dear me, did the winky smiley not give you a clue that I was just giving you a ribbing?
we played the diamond again yesterday, had everybody back from corners, this didn't work under thorn so why would it work now? Shaw isnt the man for the job, Im sick of watching this dross, the same old tried and failed tactics. Just when you think it can't get anyworse it does.
It seems to be a modern trend, are we the only ones who do it ? Fear of losing is the reason. When was the manager who didn't leave everyone back!
I fear the new manager do the same, my question is, why do they keep all 11 back, even last year we kept Nimely back!!!

we need an experienced manager, fishface has already stated that Shaw and Carsley will remain here no matter who is appointed.
id love us to push the boat out and go for someone like Billy Davies or Mick McCarthy but i dont think they will and dont think either would want to touch us with a barge pole tbh given sisus track record.
If no chance with them then id take Wise who has already applied so obviously wants it, got a pretty good record at this level and championship and would have the fans onside straight away due to his 5 month stint here a few years ago.
Billy Davies is the man we need- someone who will stand up to the Sisu plebs and tell em whats what.....but hey ho
