Shows the ridiculous money flying around at the highest level. Brewster was never even worth half of that in reality. We will make a tidy profit off Vic in the summer if we decide to cash in.

I seem to remember Liverpool getting shitloads off Bournemouth for Solanke and Ibe
M
Just the £34 million combined and Ibe doesn’t even have a club now, Solanke has found his level in the championship.

Mad really. Ibe played 41 times for Liverpool. He’s only 25, maybe his wage demands are too high for clubs to take a punt?

He revealed he was suffering from depression at the start of the year, think the issues are more around him being in the right condition to be able to play and train consistently.

On current form Vik obviously looks the better signing by a mile. But plenty of time for Brewster to come good. Liverpool can offset the fee against what they spunked on Carrol 🤣

We really need to be thanking Brighton for being realistic at the time and not overinflating value based on unknown potential.

We've definitely got a bargain.

Yeah. But be surprised if they don’t have a hefty sell on clause in there. 50%?!?

The sales of Brewster, Ibe and Solanke were all under Klopp, he knows how to maximise profit

Players (in general) are massively de- motivated once they leave a big premier league club, I wouldn't touch them personally.
Some move up, bit flop big time.
Ian Wallace was fucked up once he left here, as was terry Gibson, Gallagher was never the same player, Fox is another, the list is endless, biggie, thomas, the other thomas they all thought they were moving up, but struggled.

Or the fee they paid for Saurez on the same day and got for him from Barca. Liverpool lost 18 million on Carrol, made 42 million on Saurez. Decent financial return.

Gallagher improved and was a excellent player, I'll give you the others though 🙂

You have to factor in the hefty 'English premium' into 3 Liverpool players mentioned fees.

Total pie in the sky but just imagine if Vik continued his rate of scoring he would end up with 36!... $£¥€¢
