So has what you suspected come out yet RFC? Or were there things not mentioned that you expected?

The evidence actually was a case of a Sisu executive going into a room and finding a man with his pants down, playing cricket, though not with a straight bat. He was a loan. Next to him lay a smoking gun, which was concealed behind a smoke screen. The window would be open and into the room on this windy day would have been all bluster. On the pants man's desk would be an Airfix model of the Ricoh, which would be in solvent.

On the floor would be a large briefcase, tatty and past its best. A judge would then walk in, accuse everyone of sabotage and then throw out the case.

Have been far too busy but caught up with a guy who's attended for the past couple of days and said he'd listened intently but found it hard to read the Judges thoughts but thought he appeared to favour CCC.

Not everything I expected has come out but perhaps it was ruled none permissible evidence.

Non permissible evidence?

Is that another way of saying it was 'bullshit?'

A pleasure, we will have to wait a little longer as the main man will reserve judgement until 30th June!

RFC....

On the basis that the Judge will not take into account or comment on the "Non permissible evidence", can you now at least tell us exactly what this "Non permissible evidence" was??

He was convinced a deal would of been done on the court steps.

No such luck and no revealing news also.
