If people really want to go they will not need cheap pricing. The elasticity curve of demand should suggest the opposite .

The hard core yes, but anything over 10,000 will still need convincing long term.
Playing well and being near the top of league will help but thats unlikely with current players.
Unless they have a season tickets they will pick there matches.
