Below email sent to Joy Seppala, Dave Boddy, Nick Eastwood, Stephen Vaughan, Derek Richardson earlier today........

Dear all

In February this year we decided that, in the absence of adequate fan representation, we could no longer wait for wait for events to play out so we looked to speak to all involved parties, along with other local and regional individuals with influence, to get all parties to a position where an agreement could be made for Coventry City Football Club to play in the city that bears its name.

Today we are in the position where both parties have put out contradictory statements about why an agreement hasn’t been possible, and this makes it really difficult for supporters to know exactly what has happened and why an agreement hasn’t been possible for next season. So, in the spirit of transparency, we are asking both parties if they are prepared to waive the non-disclosure agreements so that supporters, local businesses and citizens of Coventry alike can be presented with raw facts to enable all to clearly see why these decisions have been taken.

Thank you

Pete & Mark

That's not me by the way.

Didn't Wasps also give it the Billy Bollocks about if you would get her to meet they would, then bottled it when she agreed?

Ask her if she signed it on behalf of the club. Also what circumstances allow natural termination

Reasonably quickly. We let both sides know by other means that we'd sent it.

Love it how quick Joy was to come back to that.

I've warmed to her in the last couple of years, since the sky interview I think.

Get em guys

If the Club are so certain that they have evidence to back up what they’re saying and it’s only the NDA that’s in the way, I say publish it’s content and accept the consequences! It’s the only way we will get to know who is Lying.

Wait until the CCC hitmen find them.

Good job PWKH isn't involved now, they would have his bellend grandson or nephew threatening that they wouldn't like his family of lawyers when they get angry, like I did.

Hi if you are reading.

Not the biggest fan of sisu, but I trust dave b and believe he is telling the truth, as for joy she is starting to actually acknowledge fans and if they continue they may even win most of the city fans over.

Will be very interesting to see the reply from the other side. No response or insisting on maintaining the NDA would not be a good look.

I don't trust any of them. But I'm sure as hell not up for another year or more of he said she said.

Let's have some fucking openness and honesty here from all sides. Enough vague statements and PR air wars. I want everything out on the table as a CCFC fan and a citizen of Coventry (for now).

The only vague statement out of the 3 released this week has been the Wasps one.

That's not even close to true. But I'm not here for a fight. I'm here to support this statement. Pick a fight another time.

You're probably right. There's literally no motivation for them (or anyone else) to come clean. Doesn't mean I can't ask for it mind.

They can't just break the NDA. They have other business interests apart from us, breaking it would not look good for them whatever the reason. Plus breaking the NDA would mean wasps could sue them for damages.

Legal recourse: injunctions to stop you releasing more info, sued for any damages incurred.

It is called disagreeing with something you have said in this thread.

It is how it works.

Interesting...

Disclosures can also be made to the press if a tribunal finds that the information indicates an exceptionally serious failing that the person making the disclosure reasonably believes to be sufficiently in the public interest, Mr Jackson added.

“In these circumstances, the person making a disclosure must reasonably believe that the information is ‘substantially true’ and not make the disclosure for personal gain,” he said. “There is another hurdle that it must be reasonable to make the disclosure to the press rather than anyone else.”

Non-Disclosure Agreements: What Are Your Rights?

The use of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) – otherwise described as gagging orders – to keep confidential matters secret has once again been brought into the public eye.
