It's like a death wish from some of them lately, don't know what it is,do have suspicions though, owner related. And the DaSilva tackle wasn’t a red, but it was extremely foolhardy from someone just coming back from a three match suspension for an almost identical misjudgment.
King is making them? It's like a death wish from some of them lately, don't know what it is,do have suspicions though, owner related.
I'm not seeing anyone rushing to sign the deals they've supposedly offered to them, namely Frank and Haji.King is making them?
So it's making people fly into tackles?I'm not seeing anyone rushing to sign the deals they've supposedly offered to them, namely Frank and Haji.
They're not being offered enough bonuses? So it's making people fly into tackles?
i think there may be something in this. In my opion both Wright and EMC go down a lot and sometimes quite easily. I was annoyed with EMC at one point in the first half as they were on the attack, he didnt get the foul but stayed down to try and 'save face.' he wasnt injured and it could have cost us. I think perhaps refs are getting a bit sick of the diving so pushed them too far the other way.I wonder if we’ve got a reputation for going down easily amongst refs. A lot of these shouts have been bodily contact rather than kicks or trips.
Yeah, they could probably do with picking their moments a bit better.i think there may be something in this. In my opion both Wright and EMC go down a lot and sometimes quite easily. If you go purely on those another official has said should have been given, it probably is. Which is mental seeing as the most awarded to any team this season is 4.Sky ref said both were pens that’s got to be nearly 10 this season
At this point you’d hope that the refs would recognise they keep getting it wrong and act accordingly
We have been in our opponents box way more than any other team so that’s probably whyIf you go purely on those another official has said should have been given, it probably is. Which is mental seeing as the most awarded to any team this season is 4.
If we weren’t top of the league and the opportunities that could bring I may bite. lolI'm not seeing anyone rushing to sign the deals they've supposedly offered to them, namely Frank and Haji.
He reffed us vs WBA and sent off MolumbyAndrew Kitchen from county Durham is the referee against Millwall. Although nothing official he is likely to support either Sunderland or Middlesbrough. Terrific! No penalty to us there then.

Yep flagged too soonOk - I've just watched dit back. I don't think he's offside, flag goes up far too quickly in my opinion. Haji doesn't move to the ball or anything. Another example of a match we've won despite the refereeing. There's a big decision going wrong in every single match at this season. Fans from other clubs must surely be seeing the same as us.
Missed three key issues between the 3 of themYes I thought we should have had penalty for the punch to Eccles but I believe the ref probably unsighted so not blaming him.
Equally clearly BTA should have been shown a red but again ref wouldn’t have seen it. And possibly Saka too.
Apart from those thought the ref did ok and didn’t contribute to our poor result and performance

Would have been harsh in one sense, but I can honestly see VAR giving that, once it's slowed down to a frame by frameThoughts on referee yesterday?
Obviously him/the team missed the elbow (Lino should have picked that up).
I know you never see them given, but does anyone else think we should have had a penalty for the foul on Eccles after his header by the goalkeeper?
CL has different threshold for handball certainly. Cracking header by the Benfica keeper for his goal.Did anyone see the Champions League highlights last night, the amount of penalties given, just make you wonder if we're playing under different rules.

I agree with that. Unfortunately he falls to the ground on any contact, outside the area.Sky ref said both were pens that’s got to be nearly 10 this season

I think PGMOL don't follow the same playbook as IFAB on some things I think.Why.
