If he can't even shoot hard kicking the correct way there is no chance he would be able to do that trick. I would just rather he stayed as far away as possible from taking penalties in the future.

Neymar was practising them in the warm up to the world cup. Its actually not that hard to do if you have balance. Still it does look good when it comes off.

If I was teaching kids how to take a penalty, I would just show them Reda Johnson's spot kick and tell them not to hit the ball like that.
