Loads of small time teams that have been perpetually in the bottom two divisions do.

Until recently loads of Bournemouth fans supported Saints too. I went to a game with Bristol Rovers fans once and before the game they were all arguing about whose PL team was best.

There was a close link some years ago between Chelsea's hard core ultras, the Headhunters, and the Reading Youth (Youf) squad. I'd imagine the link between the two still exists

Reading Youth? The guy I was talking to was 60 and not a day younger... Chelsea pensioner without a doubt

How about two teams in the same league? In the seventies and eighties, i Watched Coventry games with the same fans around me including Man United games. Wearing red, black and white scarves when we played United, next game back to normal cheering on the Sky Blues.

"
Franconian RoyalSo I’ve got a couple of complaints, mainly about the officials. I watched the game on the TV from about mid way through the first half.

How on Earth was O’Hare still on the pitch???? I counted about 4-5 times he fouled someone or did something cynical. Why did it take till late in the 2nd half to book him???

8 mins was very generous!!!! Even after booking the assistant manager, but still!!!!

And swift needed to just play the corner short. I get he wanted to try get a smash and grab win, but a little game management.

Defence needs sorting. Moore and Morro out, get Holmes in, put McIntyre in at LCB. Yiadom in at LB, Holmes at RB. Get rid of the zonal marking as well.

That’s all from me. "

common in Hull too, quite a few supported Hull and Man Utd as they were guaranteed trouble at Man Utd games but none playing the teams they were in the lower reaches. No idea if it still goes on.

Definitely no Chelsea with that lot at the station. Probably the least intimidating group of lads ever seen.

Another dreadful quiet forum as well. I know Sunderland is probably the busiest but SBT must be up there?

Mimicking the 'Hitler Youth'. As the Reading Youf have been around for decades, some of the original members will undoubtedly be pushing it now.

'So we lost in the 98th minute of 5 mins added, how the oxf*rd does that compute. 3 extra minutes in 5?'

Oxford's rivals are Swindon, yet Reading replace the word 'fuck' with 'Oxford', hilariously including an asterisk.

They only reason people have heard of you cos you host a festival..

There was only one team attempting to win today, so many of their side looked totally disinterested in proceedings.

They need go and look at the rules regarding minutes added on.

It's says there will be a MINIMUM added on.

Just looking for excuses.

Unfortunately with promotion to the premier league all the glory hunting bastards who live in the area but claim to support Man Utd, Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal and so on decide to get season ticket, to watch all the top clubs in their own back yard, but they’ve built up the mentality of a top 4 club fan, and they still have that mentality even though they’re now Reading “fans”. They forget they’re tin pot because they’re used to “supporting” top clubs. The Reading, Bournemouth, Swansea, Cardiff, forums are all the same.

If their manager and fans really want to understand why they lost this game then they should have a look at the stats.
Nothing to do with the ref
