Rcc 6 - didn't really have much to do, could do nothing with goal
Phillips 5 - ok in general but slipped in the build up to goal having slipped prior to that, get some decent boots
Ricketts 5 - hope he's gone this summer, no example, no leadership
Martin 7 - come on under Mowbray
Stephens 7 - it was that bad second half he tried to do the job of a midfielder and drive us forward
Fleck 5 - who honestly believes this clown is better than league 1
Vincelot 5 - nothing much to say
Jones 6 - tried to make things happen, raw but kept trying
Armstrong 5 - anonymous, might as well not play away from home
Tudgay 6 - linked play well first half so was withdrawn for Fortune
Bigi 5 - poor but no worse than Cole who replaced him

Subs
Fortune 3 - offers nothing that Tudgay does, hopeless "How shit must you be, you've got fortune up front"
Murphy 2 - appalling and I defend him usually
Cole 2 - where's this class and guile?

Mowbray 5 - restricted Wigan generally but thought the plan was to come and play. We were so deep even at a goal down. Plenty of work to do this summer.

BBC says 'outside the UK'
So every substitute Mowbray used, made us weaker?
If you don't have players on the bench who can step in and make a difference, it's a sad state of affairs.

I was there. My take:

RCC - solid enough, had nothing much to do. Saves penalty. On the whole needs to improve.

Phillips - awful. Gets pulled about pillar to post, poor positioning, poor decision making. Wingers make him look erratic and weak

Martin: improved overall. Decent CB
Ricketts: offers nothing. Needs to go.
Stephens: not bad but young. Wrong sort of player we need.

Vincelot/ Fleck -didn't even realise they were on the pitch.
Bigi - offers nothing to a team. Send him back.
Armstrong - out left? Stupid management. Looks fed up. Shit service.
Murphy: old bambi needs to fuck off back.
Cole - let him go. Does nothing.
Fortune/Tudgay 'sighs'

You get the picture.

Disagree about Phillips, he got pulled about because he was facing two attackers more often than not. Defending isn't Jones' strong point.

Said that before the game :( no protection for the full backs. Been the case a lot, when they break it's the winner and full back on just our full backs

Somewhere between the waitress and her table.
Just watched the highlights, two comments:

1) It's unfortunate that Phillips slipped for the goal - we seemed to be defending well in the build up.
2) How was that a penalty? Fleck got the ball and you can see it move before the attacker runs into his remaining legs.
