Jennings - 6 dire first half but did pull it round in the second
Bailey - 4 worst performance I've seen from him
Clarke - 5 on his own against the back 4 and looked frustrated
Baker - 4 awful

Moussa - 6 not in game much
Wilson - 6 same as above
Fleck - 4 why bother?
Missed wood more than anything imo, only real leader. Bit harsh on clarke I think, hevdid his job we know what we getvwith him and he didntvsurprise or let us down. Never will be a 90 mijutevworkhorse and I think we expect too kuch - some ofvthe abuse he got near me was very unwarranted.

Nonsense from so called supporters who can't tell the difference between a performance and the result

I think so mate. We were really poor, result reflecting that.Given the nature of my feeling of being on my own I may be in the corner with my own thoughts lol

Callum Willson was slightly unlucky not to score twice in the match. I thought in the second half Wilson did more attacking than Clarke
He should of scored, but showed a lot of appetite, pace and strength. He's a handy impact sub at the moment, offers more than ROD did or Ball does. If Leon actually jumped like this lad did, he'd win a lot more in the air.
Leon jumps well ,but about 5 mins before the ball
451 wouldn't have won us that game.
So when we lose playing 4-5-1, we 'need' to play 4-4-2, but whenever we lose playing 4-4-2, it's we wouldn't have lost... Behave.
I think it would've, we got dominated in midfield v their 3, and to have Elliott ahead of Moussa is a crime. Also, we couldn't play through Crewe, no one available in the middle, we tried to score by crossing it in, but, Elliott nor Clarke are particularly strong in the air to score crossed goals.
My mate who doesn't support Cov who actually challenges me when I rant about 4-4-2, complimented by another friend who supports Everton, again, who think they should play 4-4-2, said we can't play 4-4-2, a neutral who has only watched CCFC a handful of times, that says something!
Last 3 games 4-4-2...won 2, winning then drawing 3rd game till Carsley brought off Elliott, left Clarke up on his own, and flooded the midfield...LOST.
Now tell me 4-4-2 doesn't work!...Cue SBTaylor!
You behave. In what way would 451 have made Cyrus's crosses better, transform Edge and Cameron into capable CB's, make Bailey a player capable of passing to Sky Blue? If we win with 442 you keep quiet about 451, dontchya?
I've actually criticised 4-4-2, even when winning...
If we had 2 good strikers to play, I wouldn't mind that much - thing is, we don't.
We play better playing 4-5-1, fact, win more, score more, concede the same, all facts, end of discussion.
It's not the end of discussion. Bottom line is the goals we conceded today had zero to do with formation. The midfielders were all poor and if you seriously think playing moussa or fleck from the start would change anything you are deluded. Today we had 2 centre halved that even Hartlepool or bury would say thanks but no thanks if we offered them.
